Bought the machine in DEC 2024 and it has worked well enough up until now. The Nespresso part of the machine fails to provide coffee. Standard Nespresso capsule installed but the machine will not exert sufficient amount of pressure to puncture the capsule.

Really enjoying the Coffee Center® Barista Bar 4-in-1 Coffee Maker. My only suggestion would be to add the option to re-start the warmer after the timer expires without having to go through a brew cycle.

I'm on my fourth 4N1 coffee maker within one year of purchase. Coffee brewing clean system didn't work properly and excessive water accumulation where k-cups are inserted. Additionally, the brew quantities for the k-cups was inaccurate. Cuisinart was very responsive when I called and they immediately shipped a new machine (for each problem occurrence). The last replacement was an upgraded model.

Our machine is about a month old and frequently brews pods that are just water. I've checked for clogs and cleaned the machine, but the pods still just brew water. There is also a lot of steam build up around the pod and espresso capsule so the machine drips a lot.

We purchased this a few weeks ago and returned the first one immediately thinking something was wrong with the k cup side because it is so incredibly loud while brewing! The second one is the same- why cuisinart would have a product this loud is beyond me. Very disappointed

Great machine--but, as the support rep told me after we spent an hour trying to replicate the manual's procedure for descaling, the manual is wrong. She said Cuisinart knew about this and shared with me how one REALLY is supposed to go about descaling. Would have been a whole lot better if the manual were correct or if a note explaining why it's incorrect had been placed on the web site.

I love my coffee machine. I have always wanted one of these, and this one is amazing. Super easy to use. So many different options. I love that I can do all kinds of different things and can switch it up whenever I want. We have had Cuisinart Coffee Makers for the past 20 years and love the simplicity of the design, ease of use, and the fact that our Cuisinart Coffee makers have always brewed a hot great tasting cup of coffee. Recently our 16 year old coffee maker and our 10 year old Nespresso Pixie were starting to leak. I wanted to replace the coffee maker with an updated version of our programmable 10 cup maker however the thought that we could have one appliance on the counter instead of two was appealing. The steam frothing function would be a bonus. Our new Cuisinart brews a great tasting hot cup of coffee. The Espresso function is good, not quite as hot as the Nespresso Machine but ok. We are trying to resolve the espresso issue by running the espresso function without a pod first to prepare/heat up the machine before making espresso. We have been using the machine for about two weeks and I think we will keep it, again I like having one appliance rather than two on the counter.

We got this right after Christmas 2024. We are coffee drinkers, love the espresso feature! We make a lot of coffee, brews a really good cup of regular coffee. The frother works great, make sure you keep it really clean, it will get clogged and cause issues with the frothing. Can make a great iced coffee too, I have all sorts of flavored capsules, no longer go out and purchase expensive coffee drinks! Buy it!

Just unboxed today and was excited to use it. Wow...kinda of confusing to have an On/Off button that doesn't actually turn it off? Really Cuisinart, the instructions keep say plug/unplug your machine. That cannot be the only way to turn it off??? Looking at reviews...NOW I see I'm not the only one. Likely returning this one.
