I purchased this a month ago, I am very unhappy with it. Using a supermarket pod the grounds get in the coffee, the coffee is week selecting 8oz and it splashes all around the counter top. It is messy and makes for a lot of work cleaning grounds from brewer and counter top

Stand by their product
Bought our first one in summer ‘24 because it was the only one that fit our stainless reusable pods. By early ‘25 it died. Contacted the company and they sent a new one. Well the reservoir leaked and the open close mechanism didn’t work smoothly. So they sent another one to us. This one works great. The company was easy to deal with.

I purchased this coffee maker in late December 2024. it began leaking 3 months later, now it is a sieve. I had this same coffee maker before and it was good for 6 years that is why I purchased a second one. Warranty website is down!
