  • A: Press the BREW/ CANCEL button. The LED indicator will start breathing and hot water will dispense into the cup Close the brew head. Once the brew head is closed, the BREW/ CANCEL LED indicator will remain solid, indicating the unit is ready. Press the BREW/CANCEL button to begin brewing. The beverage will start to dispense momentarily. The BREW/ CANCEL LED indicator will breathe slowly during the brewing cycle.

  • A: The Soho coffeemaker does not contain PFAS and is BPA Free. This unit is compatible with most brands of single-cup pods, including Keurig K-Cup® pods. If you want to use your own grounds, you may prefer the DGB-2 coffeemaker from Cuisinart which offers a grind option and reusable filter. This is also available online and in stores at Target.

    Nice, but

    So far si good, had it for about 4 days, I have notice when you push the button to brew it sometime doesn't & you have to push it again to start. The cord could be a bit longer & the plastic cap where you put the water in, would be attached would be nice. I'm afraid it might get broke or misplaced. One more thing a on & off switch would be nice too.

    LOVE IT

    I ABSOLUTELY love this single serve. It's quiet, and after non use the light will go out. I had the multi water cuisinart pod coffee maker. 6-7 years Nothing wrong with it. Just takes up alot of space and I am the only one who uses it. Maybe 2x a day. I kept the large one and put on my shelf I keep all appliances in garage. If company comes over I will bring it out.

    Does not work

    I bought this about three months ago and It does not brew a cup of coffee. It either drips a small amount of coffee and then turns to just steam or after I press start, it attempts to brew for about 5 seconds then just shuts off. Not happy at all.

Please make sure the water reservoir is filled and fully seated, and that the piercing needle is clean and free of coffee grounds, as buildup can cause the unit to stop mid-brew or release only steam.     Soho Single-Serve Coffee Maker

    Product is terrible, you never know when it is going to work. Sometimes the light will stop flashing so that coffee making can be initiated, sometimes it will not. I followed all instructions and I read all of the literature provided concerning how to operate. I recommend that this product be pulled from your inventory until you fix it so it will work. I highly recommend that no one buy this product.

    Cheap garbage

    Not working

    It was not my best purchase.

    Excellent product

    I had been a Keurig, fan for years. And, then I found the Cuisinart Soho Maker. It is an great single cup machine, makes an excellent cup of coffee and I was able to use my refill dispenser out of my old Keurig.

    Just blinks, won't brew

    Soho best single cup

    The Cuisinart Soho coffee maker has been perfect. It’s easy to use, it looks good, it’s quiet, and it makes great coffee. I almost left it at the store because of some bad reviews online. I’m very glad I went ahead and bought it. Some reviewers complained about the flashing light on the front. Well, when your coffee is done just take it. Don’t touch anything otherwise and there will be no flashing light. I recommend it completely.
