A: Stainless steel. It took some scrolling, but I found out by looking at the manufacturer's description.

Love this little mixer, the storage of the beaters is everything
Love all my dash products! I have a little mini griddle, waffle, makers, rice, cooker, egg bite maker, and now the smart store, hand mixer. Love how the beaters store in the unit and how it has a flat bottom so it will stand up and not make a mess all over your counter
