A: The filters are out of stock per Dirt Devil website and have been for months. I haven’t been able to find another source. I clean the filter as per instructions but it’s starting to fall apart. I like the vacuum but may need to replace after less than a year because of filter issue,

A: To clean the inside of the dirt cup on the Dirt Devil Grab & Go 8V Cordless Handheld Vacuum, you will need to remove the dirt cup and take the filter out. Once the filter is removed you can take a soft dry cloth and wipe the inside of the dirt cup clean.

Worked well for over a year and then it became impossible to remove the cap to empty the dirt no matter what I did. Great product but very poor design. Also the charge doesn’t last after having it a while

Purchased this recently. The User Manual is filled with "Do Not's," but gives no way to order replacement filters, not does is show a Model No. in the manual. It only calls it a "Grab & Go." When I go to order a replacement filter online, it wants a Model No. Dirt Devil could have done a LOT better with this one.

Very confusing as to how to separate and use the brush head. Pressing the release button does not separate the brush head from the simple suction head. Very disappointed in the overall design. Dirt Devil could have done a lot better than this.

Oh boy, this may be the worst handheld vacuum for the price. It loses power within a few minutes. Then needs to charge for hours. So that right there makes it useless. But the power in this just doesn't exist. It didn't do a thing. Unfortunately, even though I bought it today it's showing as non returnable.

We LOVE this hand vacuum! I wish we would have bought it sooner. It is simple and effective. All children should come with these! My preschooler also loves to use it because it makes him feel helpful and like he is playing. I can't recommend this enough!

The brush attachment clicks onto the crevice attachment to use, but it doesn't stay in place and slides back up the crevice tool rendering the brushes useless . To solve this I wrapped a fat rubber band around the crevice tool to keep the brush attachment from sliding...

This thing is the best! I love this little vaccuum. You have to empty it alot but it's really easy to do. I hate dust pans so I'll sweep and then I'll just vaccuum my little pile. It's good for my car too. It charges good and fast. Perfect little friend:)

It would then screw on partially but never to locking point where it should go. If the top would work the way it should, it would be great tool!
