Smooth stroller
Smooth and very convenient for a mom with knee pain. Honestly i should have ordered this before my delivery but wasnt sure what to get. After a lot of research and buying other strollers and carseats i finally ordered doona and did not use anything else since then. I love how smooth it is. The only thing i dont like about it is that the handle is a bit loose feeling and it feels like its going to fall apart. It does get dirty easily. For some reason it attracts dirt lol.

DOES NOT FIT IN ECONOMY SEATS!
We used this on a recent trip to Europe and it does NOT fit in economy class seats. We purchased a seat for my infant daughter and wanted to use this as her car seat but could not because it did not fit. The sticker that says it's authorized for airplanes is also in a super inconvenient spot. The stroller does work well we used this as a car seat on our car rental and that worked well. It's very compact so it was great for narrow streets and tiny restaurants or cafes. However the main goal was to be able to use this as our stroller at the airport and we couldn't because the airline made us check the stroller since we were not allowed to use it as a car seat. In one flight they were open to letting us try and I was not allowed to wheel it down the aisle so I had to carry it down and the we tried to make it fit but couldn't.

Very nasty experience I didn’t like the delivery service horrible experience they left a 700 dollar travel stroller outside my gate where ANYONE THAT WALKS CAN GET IT. They have to be more careful with the iteams I know it’s not there’s that’s why they don’t care but it’s there job to deliver safety and with care

Sahara Sand is not the same color as pictured.
Giving a 3 star because the color of the Sahara Sand is not the same as pictured and if i knew that i would have got a different color. It’s definitely super khaki color not a pretty ivory. Which sucks. Other than that the doona is nice just false advertising on the color.

The car seat and stroller are wonderful but the stock photos for the color Sahara Sand are misleading. I thought it would be more of a pretty ivory color as seen in the photos but the true color is more of a dark khaki. Definitely not as pretty as the photos. I would have chosen another color had I known.

The aspect is cool but My baby is two months old and outgrew it. Impossible to grab your baby out, conveniently if they start to choke on spit it isn’t safe because you can’t immediately just grab your baby out you have to maneuver them out this is for literally a newborn baby that’s it. And even then, the padding on the stroller isn’t even thick. My baby’s neck was so squished that he was snoring to breathe, and yes, I put him in properly.

Honestly, I love this stroller/ car seat combination, it’s very convenient for quick errands, it’s so nice not having to carry a heavy car seat around. With that being said…. This product loses 3 stars for Doona’s customer service! If anything on the stroller part is defective, good luck!!! Even when the car seat is fine, since they are all in one, you will be stuck without a car seat. Customer service through Doona is quite honestly horrendous. My car seat and base are in perfect condition, the stroller latch was defective and kept collapsing down with my baby inside. It was scary and dangerous! It’s still under warranty but they refused to ship a replacement until I showed a video of me destroying the car seat AND base. Now I am stuck without a car seat until they are able to ship a new one (so far it’s been 3-4 days and a new seat has not been shipped yet) they set my ticket to medium priority, which I find crazy since they made me destroy my perfectly functional car seat and now I’m stuck without a safe way to transport my baby, all because their stroller latch was defective. I would say this product is wonderfully convenient and I loved it, but it’s horribly inconvenient if you get a defective product. I’d say to always have a backup car seat, just in case! You would think they could provide vouchers with their retailers or something in a situation like this, so that people could easily get a replacement the same day, especially since car seats are incredibly important! 🤦♀️ Also, destroying a perfectly good base? Why? It’s so wasteful! They could at least say hey, keep an extra base for all of the inconvenience. But nope, can’t possibly allow your paying customer to have anything for free after spending $650 on their defective product.

We were on a Delta flight and they broke our Doona so that we could no longer convert it to a stroller, we reached out to Delta and Doona and they both refused to help. Doona does not replace damaged stroller like Uppa Baby.

Waste of money.
Baby outgrew it in 3 months. The stroller is small no room for diaper bag and the car seat is a pain to remove and install. It is much easier to take the baby out of the carseat and put the baby in a regular stroller. You need a stroller with storage bottom and maybe even a cup holder. This is a hype!!

Wouldn't buy again
We bought the Doona in April and have had trouble with the base the whole entire time we have used it. It often won't connect when we attach the seat, like multiple times a week. For the second time in a week, it will not connect at all. We've also had a lot of trouble with it not fully connecting and it has to be wiggled. At the $500 price point, I fully expect this product to last longer than 4 months.
