I have had the purifier coolPC1 for about a month and feel this machine is a game changer. I noticed almost immediately the air feeling cleaner and fresher. My usual allergy symptoms – the sneezing fits, itchy eyes, and stuffy nose that normally make me miserable this time of year – have significantly calmed down. Sleeping has been so much better too, without waking up congested. It's like having a breath of fresh air on demand in your own home. It is quiet and it cools as well! It also was a life saver during a recent event when air quality was threatened by wildfire smoke. I shut my windows and this helped keep the room cool and comfortable. For anyone who suffers during allergy season, or needs protection for random life events like wildfire smoke, getting a high-quality filter like this is one of the best investments you can make in your comfort and well-being. Highly recommend! It also looks great and is easy to set up and use, which is a bonus.

It's super quiet-- at setting 5 between us and the TV we don't hear it! The remote control is the perfect size & the magnet means it doesn't get lost. You can see air quality on the unit's display, and the app has air quality, trend info, & also controls the filter and fan settings. Love it!

The filters are easily accessible and no problem to change. There’s a Dyson app that is so easy to use that can control your purifier and also give you data about your air quality. There’s even a how to section to explain anything you might not understand I would recommend this product to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our very first Dyson brand air purifier and I have to say that the Dyson Purifier Cool PC1 has been truly amazing for our home. My wife and I are new home owners and we’ve slowly come to learn that maintaining a 2200 sq ft home clean is allot of work! In at little as one week my wife and I noticed a huge difference of the dust that has been collected along with the air quality difference in our home. We both are very impressed with all of the smart features that are available along with the 350° oscillation. Having all of the control features available on the Dyson application makes things very handy in the event we misplace the remote. I will definitely be looking into purchasing a second unit for our upstairs living area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my fourth Dyson product. Each have been purifiers and fans, all have been exceptional, however, this one has them all beat. Quieter than any previous models, with more air circulation. I compared to my bigger BP unit and prefer the Purifier Cool PC1. Controls well with easy commands on volume and side to side movement. I have it in a large room and can feel the cool air on the far side with a low setting. I have allergies and use the filtration. In my opinion it is an essential purifier/cooler unit for all homes. I will get another.

I find the fan feature to be an added bonus even though air flow is not as good as a traditional fan due to the unusual design of the product. I appreciate the real-time monitoring of air quality, and the fact that results are displayed on the unit as well as in the app. It is too early to tell whether my asthma will be as controlled after switching from a PECO to a HEPA filter, but the purifier does appear to be removing harmful particulates.

Additionally, my husband loves the fan which provides him with a cool breeze while he is watching TV. We have been using the purifier in the Auto mode. When the purifier detects a different smell in the room, the air purifier automatically begins to speed up to filter the air through the system so we know that it is working. Within minutes, the smell has been eliminated. During the normal Auto setting the machine’s noise is barely auditable. We hooked the purifier up to our Alexa, and we are able to perform certain tasks like turning the machine on and off. Connection to our internet was very easy. We find that using the Dyson app on our phones or the remote control that the product came with more effective to perform most of the tasks the product is capable of. Although I can check the activity on the product when I am not at home with the Dyson app. The cooling fan has several speeds which provide a minimal to a high speed air flow. I really like the ability of the machine to rotate almost 360 degrees providing more effective cooling of the room and not directly pointing to one target for cooling. We originally had 2 separate units for purification and cooling in this room and now that we have one product for both tasks we have regained precious floor space. I highly recommend this product as both the purifier and cooling capability are of high quality.

I also have a much older fan from Dyson so one feature that I really appreciated is the tiny little display that shows real time info, that is super helpful! On top of that the interface in the app is different for that machine and has so many different controls and info compared to my old one. One thing that this machine lacks is the ability to spread the airflow so it’s not shooting straight but kinda sideways. All in all I would definitely recommend it especially for somebody who’s allergic or just sensitive in general.
