It’s balmy and feels cleansing and doesn’t leave a residue after you rinse it off, but make sure your eyes are closed or don’t put it next to your eyes because it causes irritation. I’ll repurchase it and just use micellar water to remove makeup from my eyes.

And it works as expected so I typically will use it to get my makeup off and then use a clarifying cleanser after to make sure pores aren’t clogged with the balm. It comes with an applicator to avoid getting your hands greasy, and the applicator fits nicely into the top lid. It doesn’t really have a scent, which I like. Your skin gets really hydrated when you use it and you don’t lose the hydration even after washing your face after.
