coffee feature issue
is there anyone else can’t get real coffee out of this model the espresso setting works fine just coffee setting is slow and drips real slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been purchasing this since we got our Delonghi Coffee Machine, and it had been great! Our machine has been running smoothly as we use it every time the descaling light comes on. There is no after smell or taste, and I find three bottles will last a whole year (based on our usage). The water tank on the machine has levels lined for how much to put in, and they are also on the bottle. We find that helpful also.

A new experience
While I have had my coffee machine less than 3 months, it is working perfectly. The descaled in the water tank seems to be doing its job and having no effect on taste.

Causes problem with hot milk carafes
This descaler works fine but it effectively breaks any hot milk carafes used with the machine. It takes at least a dozen runs with the carafe afterwards to fix the problem and to get the suction back working, which is frankly unacceptable.
