I had no idea why it was leaking from the bottom. Turns out they sent broken parts. Then they sent more parts. Even then the milk falls everywhere when coming out. I was very excited for this product. It's not good.

I would not purchase this pump until they are selling replacement parts. I’m disappointed that it was not advertised that they would not be available to purchase. Washing parts after every session is not ideal.

I got the Elvie stride 2 and I can’t tell you how many times it’s leaked! I’m so upset on the amount of milk I’ve wasted. It’s due to the cups. If they are not placed exactly right they will overflow and leak on you. So sad I used my insurance on this pump. You also can’t buy any of the parts so once something quits you need to buy a whole new pump. So disappointing

The pump works perfectly fine, but a significant issue for me is that that they don't sell replacement parts. The manual stated that parts should be replaced after a set time, but they literally won't sell them. The pump was great to start but the quality has definitely reduced as the silicon naturally degrades. Not an issue if these parts could be replaced as with any other pump. I have been speaking to customer service and they have repeatedly ignored my question and of why they won't sell these parts and when can we expect them to be available. They are sending me new tubing but organising this has taken days of nonsense back and forth conversation with slow response times At £300 for a pump, I find this highly unacceptable and regret purchasing it. Should have done more research

This product should be removed from the market until replacement parts are readily available. It's unacceptable to rely on something that is essentially useless without the proper components. The lack of availability for replacements is incredibly frustrating and leaves customers in a position where they’re stuck with a product that they can’t use, and no clear solution in sight. This is a major oversight, and it’s extremely disappointing.

Waste of money. I was able to use this brand new product once before I had issues. I noticed the hose seemed disconnected. If I held it, I could get some suction. The diaphragm still moved regardless. When discussing this issue with customers support, I was told that since the product seemed to work like normal that it was an issue with ME. The support person, who was clearly working from home because I could hear the dogs in the background, proceeded to give me tips on how to encourage my body to produce. I mentioned that I have ZERO issues with my spectra. There are also no replacement parts for the Stride 2. I hung up immediately knowing I just wasted my money and was made to feel like an inexperienced breastfeeding mother.

I bought this 12/2024 through insurance. There are still no replacement parts and my pumps suction is worsening. I contacted Elvie and they said pump parts should be changed every 3 months for sanitary purposes. I asked for replacement parts, they said they didn't have any. When I called, they said that my warranty is up but if we trouble shoot and figure out which part isn't working, they can send me replacements for that but it would be charged out of pocket. So by their words, I have unsanitary parts, they do have replacement parts but just not for sale unless I need a specific part. Poor customer service and quality.

Wonderful as a wearable: low profile, quiet and extremely comfortable. However there are no replacements parts so you buy the pump and it only gives you a great pump for 3 months. It no longer fully empties me. Not sure what’s goin on here

This pump is truly amazing. I had the Elvie stride for my first born and am using the Elvie stride 2 after I’m back to work with my second. It’s such an improvement! The clear cups let me see that my nipple is in the right place while I’m pumping, although if you use a nipple insert it makes it slightly more difficult. Overall this pump is amazing. I use it every day on my way to work and it gets the job done! Highly, highly recommend!

I don’t know why people love to hate this pump. Yes, it leaks if you bend forward, but I mean you can’t expect it to defy gravity. It’s easy to clean, only has a few parts, easy to use, and gets the job done. The battery could last longer and there should be more pumping pattern options (like momcozy’s milk boost setting), but other than that it’s a solid pump.

This pump is super easy to wear, clean and assemble. I have never had an issue getting it to suction (I just wear it inside of a snug nursing bra). I have used it for about a month now (5 times a day), and it is holding up. I have 3 kiddos, so I need something that is quick and hands-free. I have had other pumps in the past that were a total nucence and super uncomfortable, so this is the ultimate upgrade. I think it is very comfortable and easy to set and forget. I also think it is easy to remove and pour the milk into a bottle from the spout. No complaints so far.

Lasted 6 months before it completely stopped emptying me. I looked for some reviews and discovered that this pump has an average of a 6 month life span. Started using my old momcozy portable pumps again and they worked 10x better. Don't waste your money.
