I have both a Spectra and an Elvie - I was assuming I’d use the Spectra for “real” pumps and the Elvie on the go. Wrong. I get twice as much output with Elvie and zero pain (which I had with the Spectra, no matter which flange size or specialty flange I tried). It’s also so quiet and discreet I’ve used it while sitting at a brunch. It’s also super easy to clean.

My insurance company didn't cover replacement parts for my Elvie pump, so when it came time for new diaphragms I was on my own. These work great! They shipped to my house fast with another replacement parts and customer service was great for answering questions to make sure I had the right parts!

Be cautious while using or else you need to replace the tubing
After reading other review’s I was cautious with the diaphragms not working correctly. This did happen to me and I had to watch carefully to make sure milk was not going into the tubing. I would need to pour out my milk at a certain oz before continuing.

Malfunctioning diaghram
Both of these diaphragms are defective and they are supposed to be the replacement for the previous diaphragms which are also defective. Elvie has a lot of defective diaphragms floating around in the market which is very disappointing. Considering the purpose it is supposed to serve and the effect of it not working (possibly not getting any milk after pumping for a while it’s very frustrating.
