For best care and maintenance, we would recommend rinsing your mug with water soon after finishing your beverage to avoid letting it sit on the paint for too long. For best results, we also recommend hand-washing the Ember with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge.

    My father is a nut

    My father is a nut for measuring temperature. He has internal and external temp probes on his fridge. And freezer. With alarms. Count it—that’s four. When roasting a turkey he uses six thermometer probes. He has three weather stations around the house and garage. Suffice it to say, temp is a religious tenet with this man. He also adores gadgets and is a coffee connoisseur who grinds fresh beans before making each pot of coffee. I couldn’t have a found a more perfect Father’s Day gift to tick all the boxes of his hobbies and fixations. He LOVES his ember 2 mug. Upon opening the box (even before rinsing the cup!) he wanted to transfer his coffee from a to-go cup to the ember :joy: He later sent me the details of a lengthy science experiment in which he measured his coffee temp every fifteen minutes via a secondary source to ensure calibration between cup, app, and his ultra-sensitive gob. He was impressed.

    New mug wont charge and they refuse to replace

    Bought a new pink mug to upgrade from my old black ember mug and when I received the new one it wouldn't hold a charge. After Ember found it to be a faulty mug they refused to replace it with another pink one only offering the normal colors as replacements. The only reason I ordered a new mug was for the color so this did not work for me. Very poor customer service.

    Great quality and incredible customer service

    I have purchased multiple mugs at home and for loved ones. The oldest mug is over 5 years old and still works perfectly. Then we had an issue with one of the new charging plates and within days I received a new one. It was such a great experience. I will continue to buy Ember products.

    This is my second Ember mug and I love it. I never thought I would spend this much money on a mug but after trying my sister’s mug, I was sold on it. Having my coffee stay hot for up to an hour without having to keep reheating it is worth what I paid!
