[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 10 year old loved it and understood the instructions very well. I like that the instructions showed 3 different ways that it could be played. Although some of the cards were confusing, especially for a 3 - and 4 years old, but understandable cause they are too little to follow instructions. My kid said that the hats were much more difficult to stack than what he anticipated, so it was a challenge for him. After some time, they just gave up and started creating their own rules and played with them and other toys together. Love the versatility of it, very easy to carry everywhere, the quality is really good and most importantly, all my kids enjoyed the game.

Stacking them seems to be more frustrating than fun for them(ages 4 and 7). They can’t get it past 3 hats before it topples over. But they do enjoy playing with the hats in other ways, like for dolls, etc, They are super cute! Overall, it isn’t a game I would have bought but my kids like the hats so that’s somewhat of a win!

The pieces are nice and strong, because they topple to the floor. A good game to add to family night. You’ll see the value immediately.

I have a 4 year old and a 6 year old and this game is perfect for us to all play together, or them play together, or even just practice stacking different combinations. I certainly urge you to purchase this game if you have the chance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Super Mario Cap stacker game was an instant hit with my boys ages 5 and 7! They love Super Mario and I loved how simple the game was to set up and how many ways we can play. You can make the base flat which is easier for my youngest, or change the bottom and it wobbles making it more difficult to stack the caps. With at least three different games you can play with the one set, it never got boring for my boys. It’s durable and easy to store in a baggie to bring along with us to restaurants or sleepovers at Nanny’s.

We took out the rotation crown cards to made it easier for his age - fun simple game for on the go and great value for price!

I honestly try everything before giving it to them for safety reasons and this toy is for age 4+ . Me personally I couldn’t put it together so i doubt a child can do it but it is really cute and they will be playing with it.

My niece who is three loves the little hats , she doesn’t play the game but it keeps her occupied. I will say these are easy to pack up and bring on the go which is always a plus.

The fact that you can simply open end play and stack the hats with actually playing the game is wonderful for this Montessori based family. The items are sturdy and well made, they’re not cheaply made. It’s small enough to toss into a backpack for a quick distraction while away from home.
