The Evenflo Feeding AdvancedFit Flange System includes multiple flange sizes, ranging from X-Small (21.0mm) to XX-Large (36.0mm). The X-Small (21.0 mm) AdvancedFit Flanges are made of super-soft silicone and are compatible with all Evenflo Feeding Advanced Breast Pumps, including the hospital strength Advanced Double Electric Breast Pump, Advanced Single Electric Breast Pump and Advanced Manual Breast Pump. The flanges are 100% free of BPA, polycarbonates, PVC and phthalates and are made of FDA-approved food grade material.

Been using evenflo pump for over 4 years now with all three of my pregnancies and after vary high quality and the prices are vary affordable for me and my family I will be buying more parts since they have to be replaced. I love the variety of options to choose from in sizes when pumping and I finally found my perfect pumping size and the products come in so clean and fast. Thank you even Flo for keeping my baby feed and my milk supply up.

Works great if everything is lined up properly but not worth the hassle. The flange doesn't stay snug to the base causing the pump to lose suction or not to work at all. It's a pesky annoyance especially trying to pump half asleep in the middle of the night. You shouldnt have to fight your pump.

Just bought this. Does not work at all. No suction. Also I just tried to order the xsmall flanges and they are not available. Bought it as an emergency and won't be able to use it. Such a waste of money.

Compré un extractor hace 2 meses y no puedo usarlo porque el inserto de brida es demasiado grande para mi pezón (15 mm aprox.) y el único más pequeño que tienen es 24.5 mm. Además el embudo para el inserto de brida de talla 30.5 mm es muy grande. Pésimo servicio de repuestos para los extractores.

I got the 21 size flanges about a month ago and now I feel like they are up to par as they were. I feel as if they are getting loose and stretched out. I wish there were more options for regular sizes.

They fit better but are still too big.. so it still hurts when I pump, it’s my emergency pump I leave in my diaper bag.

I appreciate these inserts are available. I was worried because my nipples are on the larger size but these fit the flange perfectly. Had no effect to the amount I'm able to pump.

I was dissapointed at first thinking I couldn't get the right flange size. I did not expect the company would pay attention to my complaint so I am really impressed that they took the time to respond to my review. They also informed me that the hard flanges are the size that I need (didn't realize I could pump with them) so my pump sessions are about to be a lot more comfortable! I am very happy with this company and their product!

I bought 33mm flange parts because the ones with the pump are too small. I need a size 30mm but the large size doesn't seem to be available.

I’ve been through three electric pumps with various flanges trying to figure out what worked for me and finally found these flanges the the double electric pump. These silicone flanges are the only ones that help me move milk and I found them just in time to pump when going back to work. Evenflo literally saved my breastfeeding journey.

I replaced the 28mm that came standard with my pump to a smaller size and my comfort has increased dramatically. The silicone is easy to clean and very comfortable again my skin. I do wish the silicone was more transparent so nipple placement is easier to see.

Ladies, be sure to get the correct-fitting falanges! It’s worth it- less nipple pain and discomfort, plus more milk. I wish they made these in 18mm- most women’s nipples are 18. Not sure where the pump companies are getting 24 and 28 from?

The standard size that comes with the pump is 28mm but they were just a little too small and caused some pain. The 33 is much better.

I didn't know different flange size can make such a difference in comfort. I could go with the original size that come with the pump but definitely glad I tried the XS. Happy mama <3
