So inaccurate
I used to love these but I had 2 brand new out of the package that read as 98.7 when my baby’s real temp was over 102. Sad that it is no longer reliable or even close to accurate product.

Not great
I thought I had a setting wrong because it was reading so low. But when I checked reviews I see that’s a common problem. Not great for immune compromised kids when accurate readings are essential.

Dangerously inconsistent and inaccurate readings. The ear would read 97.8 and then on one part of forehead it read 98.9, another 101.4. For use on child or infant, you can see how gravely problematic this could be. I should have read more reviews before purchase, as this appears to be a known problem with these thermometers.

Don’t buy!!!!!!
This is so inaccurate. We made unnecessary doctor visits cuz of how off this thermometer was. Reading like 2 degrees higher than other thermometers. Read target reviews, this sucks

Consistently Low
Buy any thermometer but this one. It consistently reads low. It gave us such a scare we ended up in the ER and NICU (better safe than sorry, but better if the thermometer didn't read two to three degrees low).

Inaccuate
Wildly inaccurate. Just got home from pediatrician’s office where my baby has fever of 100.7, and this thing says her temp is 97.

I don't know!
This thermometer initially was SO confusing to use! It took me multipule times to figure it out! We've had it for a little over a year and it not keeps saying error and we are unable to use it. We did use it multiple times when our boy was a baby and it worked but now that he's almost two, he also hated me using it. I just don't know if I would recommend this product...

What an utter piece of garbage. It refuses to change modes no matter what I do. And the temperatures reported will vary by 5+ degrees.

I hate this product but love their others
I bought this for my new baby. Sadly we had to use it due to having flu b. It doesn’t work at all. It was reading 94.1!! I wouldn’t recommend this product.
