I love the ice. I've purchased 2 of these ice machines. I had the first one a little over one year, and it quit making ice. My Allstate Insurance coverage was definitely worth it. I've had the 2nd icemaker less than 6 months. It has a leak underneath it in an unknown area. I've been dealing with the manufacturer’s warranty person for over two weeks 😩 they keep asking for the same pictures that I've sent THREE times.

This is an awesome ice maker but it can be hard to get the ice out when it is completely full

When I received the item, I quickly realized it was an open item. Which I was upset about considering I paid full price, it works so far, the thing I don’t like about this is that the ice doesn’t come out super super icy. So when we put it into an ice bucket in the freezer it all freezes into a big block. Seems like it’s better suited to just be used as it comes in the machine which melts easily.

Beware! This item came defective twice out of the box! Came with huge dents and scratches the first time, second the water take was cracked at the bottom. Just waste your time and just get a GE.

Finally, I can make great nugget ice at home for all my drinks! Love this machine it's just what I was looking for before summer.

Easy setup and operation. Total documentation available online. Produces more than ample nugget ice. Though larger than many other models, it fit nicely on the counter next to the sink, promoting ease of filling and maintenance. A quality product capable of extended, reliable service.

It is a great ice maker makes ice fast, love the colour and the look, all in all its a great item and must consider if your family loves to drink beverages with ice, saves the trip to the store

The red color adds a pop of color to my countertop. I have a busy home with kids in sports and lots of water bottles being filled. We don't have a built in ice maker for our fridge so this was a great investment. Helps encourage drinking more water having the cool ice maker! Our whole family likes it!

Love the ice this makes. Make this best drinks better. Meant to purchase the all black, but the red looks really good and it still works well in our space!

Love this ice maker. Super fast ice making with lager ice cubes. it has a large clear window so you can see the level of the ice. Very professional looking machine.
