Venu 3S First Impression has been positive
I bought the Venu 3S a few weeks back to replace a fitness tracker from another manufacturer. I was looking for a product that was more robust without sacrificing the health data provided. So far the Venu 3S seems to be a quality product with a wealth of health information stored/provided in a logical manner. Time will tell, but first impression has been positive.

Poor user interface
Poor user interface. The first email you get from Garmin is good. Don't download the user manual as jumps into details about activities before they tell you some of the basic menu moves. They kind have got things backwards. It is very hard to learn how to use this watch by trial a error like you can a Fitbit.

Fabulous Watch- But Not for Golfers
My husband LOVED his new Garmin watch. The features are wonderful. He had a FitBit for over 10 years, and was looking for something with extended battery life and great metrics- this watch is all that AND it is very attractive. However, the first time that he wore the watch was on a golf day. Half way through the round, he noticed that the face was cracked (there had been no impact incidents). Garmin does not replace watch faces- so we returned the watch, thinking it was a fluke. When He got his replacement Garmin watch, we put a face protector on the watch, before he put it on. Then the exact same thing happened. The face cracked on the first hole. Seems to be a design issue.

Gold peeling around watch face
Initially really liked this watch, but the gold around the watch face is already starting to peel, and I have had it just over a month. Poor quality.

Perfect Upgrade!
I recently upgraded from the Vivoactive 5 to the Venu 3s and could not be happier with my new watch! I love the added functionality that comes with it, specifically the ability to track Hiking activities and sync with my Natural Cycles app for cycle tracking! Along with these functions, I was looking for a more elevated smart fitness watch, and the Venu 3s fits perfectly in this category. I looks nice enough for daily wear, but still has all of the functions needed for my running and hiking workouts.

Packed with fewturea to eat up battery life
The watch has lots of features which I am learning how to use. I do appreciate the data however the battery life is used up fast. I get about 4 days on a full charged. I was hoping for a weeks worth. But I love it so far.

Fabulous Switch over!!!
Purchased a refurbished one from Beach Camera with a 2yr warranty. The watch is flawless. Coming from the Samsung Galaxy all I can say is, do the switch. I was sick of the constant charging, every single day!!! My new Venu is gorgeous, lighter, many more functions, simpler and at 7 days the battery is still 43%. My Galaxy was doen to counting steps and monitorin sleep sometimes. That's it. I'm overjoyed at being able to actually use a smart watch!!

Best Upgrade!
I have found this to be a substantial upgrade to my Venu SQ. I am getting 6-7 days of charge. Love the new features. My biggest complaint is the 18mm band. I feel like this is too small for a 41mm watch face and I have a small wrist. I have also found that if my phone is not close, I am unable to delete my notices-not a deal breaker but...

Great for Chronic Illness Management
I bought this almost a month ago and it has been life changing! I have POTS so the ability to track my hrv, sleep, body battery, and stress has been amazing. It's much easier to manage my symptoms knowing how my body is doing.

(no review title)
I have gotten so many wrist Rashes and I am sensitive to the watch itself. If you’re coming from another watch company, very hard to transition over to as well.

Great features
Love the Venu series. This was an upgrade from the Venu 2s. Still learning all the new features. The jet lag will come in handy when we visit our daughter who lives in Germany.

Plastic
I've had Galaxy, Pixel, and Apple watches. this was the cheapest feeling watch I've ever seen. Just made of plastic with a thin metal rim.. Truly disappointed.

Too much for too little
It is hard to navigate. I can’t get it to take a message and send it. I have yet to get the apps to open. I paid too much for something that doesn’t work like it was promised

Beautiful watch
I love my venu 3s. My only complaint is it arrived with a small chip at the top of the watch. Hardly noticeable but when you are spending this kind of money it should be perfect condition

Beautiful, functional smart watch that does it all
For years and years I opted for Garmin's slim fitness trackers over their smart watches because of the form factor: I preferred an unobtrusive band over the bulkier wrist watch style. After losing my fitness tracker (it popped out of a replacement band), I faced the choice of replacing it or upgrading to a smart watch like the Venu 3s. I am so glad that I chose the latter, because the extra features are absolutely worth the extra cost. With the fitness tracker, I was limited to a handful of built-in fitness apps, while the Venu seems to have every sport and fitness activity one could imagine. And I was able to customize which apps display in the primary menu while still having easy access to all of the others. The color display is beautiful and very easy to read. The built-in GPS works more accurately than my old fitness tracker's dependence on my phone GPS. The sleep quality information is important to me, and it works extremely well. The three-button menu system is very easy to use, compared to the old fitness tracker's menu. The Venu has additional features that may prove useful but I have not tried yet, including the ability to take phone calls and respond to text messages while connected to my phone, and to store music or use phone-connected music apps for listening while engaging in activities. While the built-in speaker is adequate, connect Bluetooth earbuds provide a much better quality sound. Finally, after a week or so, I adapted to the larger size of the watch, and it does not seem at all bulky to me. I am completely satisfied with the Venu 3s.

Battery Dies too fast
I truly love this Garmin but it dies after a day. The first week I had it, it lasted 10 days and since then it’ll charge fully, say I have 11 days of battery and then die the next day. Ive tried everything to fix the battery or settings to use minimal battery but nothing works. After three weeks I give up!
