Color wrong match and use it you want red head
I had purchased this with high hopes to cover my stray gray and it was a match to my hair color and now I currently have red tinted roots and fades into darker hues of red 😦😣🥺 I absolutely don't like it and don't know how to fix it and I cannot afford a real deal just awful

Horrible. I become red after this shade 43. I will never buy again. Had to buy another one from another brand to fix the problem, but anyway this red “fox” color so strong😭😭😭

SO WARM TONED
I got light extra ash brown. Completely turned my roots warmer than they were. Absolutely hate it. Don’t call something ash brown if it’s orange. Don’t know what to do now.

Fairly useless
I was excited to try this, as light ash brown dyes suitable for vegans are hard to find. It was a huge disappointment. I followed instructions and itdid not color my hair at all! I've never had this issue with other brands.

My hair is green
I love your product. I have used your dye for years. Never had a problem. I normally do a dark brown with a red tint. Today used this black and now it has a green tint to it. This may be the last time using your product.

Not the usual quality & color is wrong
This is usually my favorite brand and I use it often. For whatever reason this color, turned my hair red and quickly faded to pinkish in a few weeks. I've never had this happen. I'm not sure if I can trust it again.

DIDNT COLOR MY HAIR
i have blonde hair naturally and got bored with my hair color so i decided to change things up and go red. the process was simple and the instructions were easy to read. i followed all directions. i even left it on my hair for longer than instructed after washing it out, i looked in the mirror and i was still BLONDE! i harshly dislike this product because it didnt even work. would not recommend.

Bought online and not sure about the color yet but the developer bottle inside leaked and is not usable, unfortunately Target labeled this as non returnable so I am stuck with a product that cannot be used. Beware when purchasing such items, damages do happen in transit. Will have to buy in person from elsewhere.
