GEMS Neon True Wireless Earbuds - Purple

The headphones won’t turn on.

Thought they did not work at first and needed to Google the product. Turns out need to remove tiny plastic sticker covering the charging ports on each earbud. They started working right after I put them back in the charging case.

Would not power on no matter what we tried, fully charged, in the charger case nd outside the charging case. Do not waste the $5

I received these GEMS Transparent Neon TWS Earbuds for free from Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion of them. They come in multiple neon colors. These earbuds come with a compact pocket-sized case, the USB-A to USB-C charging cable and two different sizes of silicone eartips for comfort. I love that you charge them in their compact case. There are power displays for both earbuds on the charging case, along with the display of the percentage charged. They are really easy to pair to your device and once charged, they provide 5 hours of playtime. They are very comfortable in your ear and are really well made. The sound is great whether you’re using one or both earbuds. I highly recommend these great GEMS earbuds. @influenster #influenster

Love the case and versatility of these but unfortunately these do not have the best battery life. Within minutes of removing from the base the headphones decreased in life by 5% and honestly these only lasted about 2-3 hours which isn't great. They have ok sound and were perfect for listening to audiobooks in the background. Overall, for the price I would recommend but if you are looking for something that will last longer than a year this is not it. As a disclaimer - I did receive these in exchange for my honest feedback. Any opinions are my own.

Crystal clear sound and super easy to connect. Got these for my nephew as he is always losing earbuds. Comfortable to wear long term. Easy to use for 9 uear old.

I was really hoping that I would like these. The sound was ok, and a little uncomfortable to wear at first. My ears were sore from using. The charge was good and battery held up. I also noticed that it would cut off if I didn’t have my Bluetooth device within close range. Also the earbuds kept falling out of the case so the design and durability wasn’t great. For the price it’s ok, definitely worth it as a back up. Hopefully, there will be some improvements to the overall design. Maybe I’ll give it a chance later.

These wireless earbuds were much nicer than I expected them to be! They have many nice little extras, like the display screen on the wireless charging case, which shows the battery levels of the case and each individual earbud. Each earbud even has its own set of functions that you can control by tapping or holding. Now, most importantly, the audio quality - it’s ok. Nothing amazing, but again, they’re only $5. Granted, you can easily get a much better pair of earbuds or headphones for not much more; there are many options between $15-$50. But if you’re on a strict budget and want something cheap and easily replaceable but still reliable, these are good enough, and a decent starter earbud.

Great little wireless earbuds! They fit will and stay in my ears, and the sound is good! Easy to pair and use, and I like that the battery life is shown very clearly on the case. Earbuds stay locked in on the case, not worried about them falling out.charging was quick and playback time was 5 hours like it said. Also love the color - easy to spot at the bottom of my bag and small enough to stick in any pocket.

Wow, these wireless earbuds were very easy to set up on Bluetooth. I’ve had others in the past that were challenging to set up. To use, just turn them on by holding your finger on one earbud. You do the same to the other. It’s convenient that I can turn on one or both. I love using these on my walks. The sound quality is the only reason I selected 4 stars vs 5 stars. They arrived charged to 90%, so I didn’t have to take time charging them. I totally recommend these!!

I found these to be a little finicky to pair. I liked that they came with replacement silicon pieces. 5 hour charge is a little light, but could be ok for teens. The color was fun. The case is unique and takes getting used to as the headphone are a bit more exposed.

True Wireless Earbuds has a pill form where you can charge them using the included usb, they are comfortable and they pair perfectly with my phone, however unfortunately just one earbud worked and the other one didn’t even turn on, the battery charges fast and the one earbud that tested has a good quality sound, you can change the music or pause/start using one or two touches. I would give it a 10 rating if wasn’t because I never make the second earbud to work, it would be great if there was a button to reset or turn off the device but the instructions aren’t clear on how solve this problem. I hope they can fix this and the would be an awesome cheap but good earbuds option

I love the color and the portability. It provides clear music. It stays connected even if I I am in the kitchen. I especially love that the earbuds actually stay in my ears. The charging feature of each earbud is very helpful. I am not fond of how to power on the earbuds, I have to be pressing everywhere on the top to get it to work. As for outgoing calls the receiver says the call sounds muffled. Incoming calls are a bit clearer. Overall they are nice.

These GEMS earbuds Top rated by our household for responsiveness. Really enjoying these and the wonderful sound, use and wearability by all sizes of ears!! The bright red color makes them easy to keep up with.

I really like the numeric display for charge percentage on the carrying case when plugged in. The sound quality is actually really nice for such simple earbuds. The commands in the photo all work great and pairing was easy. I appreciated the extra fittings for the soft ear pieces as I usually like to use the larger ones. When using the correctly sized ear pieces, they’ve got great noise cancellation around you, too!

These earbuds are ok. I don't find them to be the most comfortable. The charge lasted well. I found that at random times they would cut out for a second or 2. I just prefer the earbuds I already have.

These ear buds are priced right and work well! The case adds protection, they feel great in my ears, and fit great! They are bright and easy to see. I’m very happy with this product!

It was easy to set up the True Wireless Earbuds with Bluetooth on my phone. The sound is good quality and the battery last the a long time. The first time I used the earbuds I forgot to take off the plastic to charge them, my mistake. They are easy to transport with the case.

These are great little earbuds! As somebody who normally uses AirPods, these are just fine. The sound quality isn’t super great if you’re an audiophile (I’m not), but they work just fine for listening to music or a podcast. They connect quickly, fit well in my ear, and seem to hold a charge for a decent amount of time. The ear buds themselves are a bit bigger than my AirPods, so some folks may not like that I like that if they want something discreet or low profile. The case also displays what the earbud charge is at. The carrying case is about the same size as an AirPod Case. Overall, these are great!

Very easy to use earbuds that are comfortable to wear. Included in the package with the earbuds is the compact charging case, charging wire as well as the different size silicone eartips. This was already charged at 95% when I received it and it does charge quickly, less than 2 hours to fully charge with a 5 hour playtime. I love that this has a percentage left of power display on the case, and even shows how much each earbud itself has left with a bar display on each side. These Earbuds are very easy to take out and put back into the case and simple to pair. The touch sensor controls are okay, a bit too sensitive for me, but good. I basically use these for music and the sound is clear, great for working out and just relaxing.
