Hammer Time
We got this for my 6 yr old on his birthday. He loved it! Definitely recommend this for kids especially his age. It was fun for me too and he beat me even when I was trying to win. I also need to praise Haba on their customer support. The game came missing some gems and I wrote and email to Haba asking if they could mail me the gems it was missing. They got back to me right away and sent a whole new game to me the next day. Great company to support and they will always have my business!

Fun game!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for our 6 year old and he loves it. We often play games as a family (sometimes even with friends) and this one is a big hit. Easy rules that can be followed (sometimes adjusted) and good times are guaranteed. This would be a perfect gift for Christmas or for bdays. If your kids like games, this one is good!

Too hard.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The colors and the object of this game are great but as for my children they saidbit was to hard to keep track of what easygoing on. My husband and I played it and we thought it was a blast though. Maybe my kiddos justbwere not that into it but we will try again.

The kids love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always hesitate when it comes to new games. They may appear fun by looking at the packaging, but often disappoint. “ Hammer Time” is as entertaining as imagined! My daughter is 10 and loves gems, and my 4 year old son is energetic, this is perfect for both. We play the simple version for my son who loves hitting the box to find his treasure to fill his wagon. The kids ask to play this daily, and we have! This is definitely a winner!

Fun for hours of entertainment

Great Game
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great game even for a young toddler. You simply place the rock chips on the base of the game and take turns hammering. You keep what falls off and whoever has the most wins. For us, this teaches our child how to count. This also teaches our child the difference in the vibrant colors. There is also a dice where for us, we teach our children to roll the dice and try to get the rock chips of that same color. Again great for teaching, learning with fun. I love it.

Fun game for my kids!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an 8 year old daughter and a 5 year old son, and they both love playing this game. The gameplay is pretty simple, since you are mostly knocking off gemstones off the box top to collect stones for the game. If you knock too many off you wake up a dragon. The game teaches simple math and colors, and a little dexterity when it Comes to how you hit the box to get the gemstones. Total time for the game is about 15 mins, which is a perfect amount of time for my kids.

A lot of fun
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a young son who loves playing games and he had a blast with this one. He like the idea of being able to use the different methods like punching the side of the box to make the gyms fall off. The game is a lot of fun for me to play with him. I would recommend playing it on a carpeted surface to keep the box from sliding around or falling off the table. He has a new favorite game and we all enjoy hanging out as a family to play it together.

A gem of a game!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the perfect birthday present for my mining loving son! It’s a great all hands on, engaging game that also takes some skill and tact. The storyline of the game is really fun- my son was so excited to mine gemstones for the win! It is straightforward game play which is great for families with kids of varying ages but also tricky enough to not get older fast. This game will get a lot of play time in our house!

Great for Small Kids
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great game for small kids and families. My kids are 6 and 9 and both enjoy playing this. You place shiny gems on the bottom of the box and then take turns hitting the side of the box with a small hammer that's included until gems fall off. You have to fill task cards and your wagons of gemstones in order to win. After playing a few rounds, we were able to pick it up quickly. The instructions take you step by step and are easy for a kid to understand.

Love this!

I love that the rules are simple enough and the game play is quick. We're fans of games that you can play 3 or 4 rounds of in a row instead of games that take forever to play.

Super fun game to play with the kids!
