Just no.. I saw the bad reviews and just figured the boomers were booming. Boy howdy was I wrong. Let me save you some time; this expensive paper weight cannot connect to 5ghz wifi which is what most individuals have.. it will only connect to 2.4 GHz. A problem from the start because I can't get both of these to be accessible in my home so it can't connect. Great. I decided to go online and ignore the app it makes you download for installation all together. It asks the kind of printer, I select the correct one, and it tells me to use an Ethernet cable to connect and then from there it can connect to 5 GHz Alright, easy enough. I go grab a cable, plug it into my router, move the printer over closer to the router, plug it in and go to attach the Ethernet cable. Guess what happened then? The printer does not have a place to connect an Ethernet cable. Great. I tried splitting my wifi, I tried changing my settings on items I tried to connect with because you have to use your phone or download the app on your PC. Nothing did anything. It would never come up as an option to select nor would it come up when I tried to manually connect. I watched every video, I read every article, the printer was obviously on and ready but nothing would happen. Maybe I got a broken one, I have no idea, but this has been a huge waste of time.

I was hoping this would be a good printer for my occasional printing needs. Nope...let's see if I can remember the problems I encountered. Power plug didn't stay attached to back of printer, even after using Gorilla tape to tape it on. Then, printer would not pair with Bluetooth, wouldn't recognize my Wi-fi, wouldn't connect with USB cord which was NOT included); all the troubleshooters I went through, no luck. By the way, I used the HP Smart app, which did not seem smart at all. Printer feels cheap, felt like something was going to break when installing ink cartridges; also pull out trays aren't sturdy, and not smooth to pull out. Can't speak to the actual quality of printing, since I never got that far. You get what you pay for-certainly true with this HP 3755 printer!

Hi, Kayla. I’m sorry your printer has performed poorly. I can wholly understand your disappointment with frequent paper jams, especially considering the device was a gift and operated effectively for a time, and that you’ve not received the support you need. I want to help you remedy this problem, so I’ll provide some resources aimed at making that happen.
