It will still help break down the food that is now in your stomach. It can be taken with any meal, we suggest taking it with a main meal that contains protein, carbs, fats, milk sugars, and fiber.

However, 2 weeks into taking both Flatter Me & Counter Cravings, I began having digestive pain and other concerning symptoms. I’m not sure which product was the issue, but after stopping these supplements, my system calmed down. I was really disappointed because I felt the Counter Cravings was working and hoped the Flatter Me would be the answer to my lingering bloating.
