Seems to be working but when trying to locate for warranty the number don't match with your website closest would be a 12 series.. not sure what to think about it yet but I'm hoping it works well

Perfect for parties!

It made ice in minutes as promised ( about 7 min) and the shape was so cool just like a bullet. You could change the size of ice as well which was nice. It was a bit noisy but that’s to be expected as it drops into bin. I only wish it kept the ice cold as it stored it.

It's a great way to get ice quickly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great ice maker, I have it sitting outside my room right now next to my water filter, so it's easy to grab and go so I can work. It makes a great amount of ice, and it fills two of my large cups of ice. The noise is minimal. I can't hear it unless I am listening for it. Time to make a full basket of ice is about an hour.

It is a little large m, maybe too big for me to keep on the counter all the time. But I can store it away and bring it out as I need it. I love it so far!

It is kind of loud when it is making ice which is the reason for the 4 star. The size of ice though is nice and tasted great.

It took 30 minutes to make ice, which was faster than any other ice maker i have had. It reminds me of Chic-fila ice! Which is always a plus if you like to chew on ice, I also like that I can add the type of water that I like, which was Poland spring. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an ice machine, great for cocktails!

Quick ice, but doesn’t keep it frozen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked how fast I was able to set up the ice maker and it produces a batch about every 10 minutes. There’s not a big difference between the small and big ice. I also found that the machine doesn’t keep the ice frozen, so I would have to scoop it out after it’s made, or else it melts down into the water basin underneath.
