    Decent battery life, clarity is mid but makes up for it is base. Durability is reasonable, but not invincible. same size as a 18oz can, so it fits in my hiking bags just fine. survived the rain just fine too, haven't submerged it yet

    NOT WATERPROOF

    Used it by the pool once and it broke, supposed to be fully waterproof and I didn’t even get it in the water all that much, maybe a splash or 2. Total crap do not buy.

    Awesome purchase

    Horrible battery life

    Product sounds great but the battery is the worst. I have had dollar store speakers last for days. This battery can be fully charged and only last a few hours before dying. Do not recommend.

    Thank you for your feedback with our JBL Flip 7. It has a published up-to playtime of up to 16 hours which is the maximum battery time you will get when listening at background levels. As you turn up the volume, the playtime will be reduced, much like a phone battery when you brighten the screen. The same goes for source material. Music with more bass will also reduce playtime. It is possible that the battery is working correctly, but depletes more quickly when the volume is very loud and/or the bass has been boosted. Battery playtime also decreases as the battery ages and all batteries, over time, will slowly wear down. Please charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to playtime, the battery is working fine.     BATTERY LIFE IS GARBAGE

    Supposed to have 10+ hours of playtime.. I can get maybe 3-4 TOPS before it dies on me. I make sure it has a full charge but it’s pretty much useless. Wasted my money.

Please try to charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published spec, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. Also, All batteries, over time, will slowly wear down, and battery playtime also decreases as the battery ages.     Never Again

    I charge the battery over night and it still dies while I’m at work even while plugged in. The battery sucks. This happened to my last JBL so I bought this new one. Won’t be buying another ever again.
