Some good, some not
I've had the speaker for a few weeks. The sound quality is very good, with an unexpected amount of bass. But it's unreliable in Bluetoothing into my computer. Right now the computer says it's using the JBL speaker but the sound is coming from the tinny computer speakers. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, and I haven't been able to find a setting to fix it.

We appreciate your feedback. Please try the following steps: Change output device: Go to your computer's sound settings and select 'Go 4' as your output device. 1. If our JBL Go 4' isn't visible: Perform a factory reset. To do this, ensure the device is on, then press and hold the Play/Pause and '+' buttons simultaneously for over 2 seconds. 2. After Reset: Re-pair the unit and test if the sound plays through it. 3. If you continue to experience issues, please contact us for further assistance.

Nice sound for such a small portable. Seems very sturdy and well built. If battery life remains good after many charge cycles then this the perfect device for lightweight travel. Had a 12 yr old Flip 2 that finally died so if this lasts like that then awesome!

Luckiest White Elephant gift ever
I got a JBL Go speaker in a Christmastime office White Elephant gift exchange. Best gift ever! Love everything about it - the size, the sound, how long a charge lasts, how easy it connects, the sound it makes when it connects, the little loop. Now I see they have new colors and you can customize it. I want another and I really don’t need one. Someone is getting this for Christmas.
