Fantastic speaker

This a fantastic speaker. I also have a Bose speaker of roughly the same size. The sound is much more vibrant and balanced in the JBL than in the Bose. I highly recommend the JBL Grip and recommend it well over the Bose.

Small but Mighty

This little speaker packs a punch. I received one as a gift and ordered a second immediatly after due to the connection feature. This speaker is small but mighty and is exactly what i was looking for. Perfect for backyard BBQs or a day at the beach/pool. Loud enough to jam to, small enough to fit in a bag and with the connectivity feature I can have zoned music instead of one massive bluetooth speaker cranked to 100!

Maybe I just had bad luck???

I bought this in march and had it personalized. Everything was okay the first few days and it had paint scratched off of it from a it taking a short fall off the coffee table. I noticed it doesn’t have 12 full hours of play time like it claims.Then by week two the button responses became delayed and my Bluetooth would take upwards of 30 seconds to chime and connect. Ultimately after troubleshooting and trying to reset it it dies completely and would not turn on or charge. I fear it was a faulty product and hope that was the case. I’m a long time JBL customer and this is the first time I was unhappy. Hopefully my replacement is better

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our JBL Grip has a playtime of up to 14 hours, which depends on the volume level and bass. Much like a phone battery when you brighten the screen. Connecting to a device should only take a few seconds unless it is pairing for the first time. For the charging issue, please use a different charging cable, power adapter, and, while it's extremely uncommon, try to use another wall outlet to be certain that the issue is not with the outlet. Also, sand and dirt can get into the product's charging port. Clean the charging port with compressed air. For further assistance, please contact our customer support.

Amazing clarity.

I bought the Grip a month ago, mainly for workshop vibes. I am so impressed with it, the bass and volume for its small size is amazing. Love It !!

No charger

Box does not say you need a charger cord and no charger cord is included inside. Also it doesn't tell you anywhere, even online, what kind of charger cord you need. Naturally it is not one that I actually have. Won't be buying any more products from this company.

We appreciate your feedback. To reduce electronic waste, our JBL Grip and other newer JBL products don't include a charging cable. You may use any USB-C charging cable and power adapter with a power rating of at least 5 volts and 3 amps.

Can’t connect

So freaking disappointed, I bought this to go with my other JBL speakers for some stupid reason I’m unable to use it in party mode with my other speakers, so now I have this useless speaker that doesn’t connect to my other speakers. Why the heck with this company produce a speaker that is incompatible with it’s OWN other products

Look elsewhere

Despite online reviews saying the contrary, the sound quality is garbage. Very little depth of sound due to poor bass. Everything you listen to sounds tinny and flat

okay, not great

I replaced a flip 5, which quit working, (wouldn't hold a charge) and the grip does not sound as good as the flip by far, so I'm disappointed. I would send the flip 5 in for repair if you do that type of thing...I used them for background music in my qi gong and meditation classes and occasionally want a higher volume for resound in the room.

Small in size, large in sound

I bought this to go with my JBL Boombox 4 so I could sync up and have boom box on my dock and the grip on my floating cooler. I have done test runs and the syncing works effortlessly and the sound of the grip sounds great by itself or when syncing up. I am so happy to finally found these and best off they are waterproof. I also love how I was able to personalize the design, that was super easy and I it makes me want to design and buy more to add them to the fun and amazing sound. looking forward to the summer and floating fun with my summer tunes blasting.

Fab colour!

So pleased with my speaker! It was recommended by my son and I’m so pleased that I listened! The sound is amazing, it will be used a lot, for work and home. I went for red to be different - love it!

Meglepően jó minőségű és erős hangja van zárt térben. Az auracast lehetőséget még nem próbáltuk de nagy lehetőséget érzünk benne, akár kinti használathoz, akár stereo filmezéshez, de ahhoz is hogy két külön helyiségben végre ugyanaz a zene szóljon egyszerre kábelek nélkül.
