Perfect size and great sound quality
I bought this as a surprise gift for my husband who lost his last JBL speaker. He absolutely loved it and the camo color! He charged it right away and has been using it since. As always JBL never disappoints!

honestly feel completely ripped off with this purchase. The battery barely lasts 6–8 hours, and I paid extra for the custom color, which has already started peeling off after only two days and is now showing white underneath. This is extremely disappointing. If I had known that the customized color would start coming off this quickly, I absolutely would not have paid extra for it. The whole point of paying for customization is to get something that actually lasts, not something that starts looking damaged after two days. As for the battery, I’m not even sure if this is normal battery life or if my speaker is defective. I don’t play it at an especially high volume, so I really don’t understand how the battery can drain this quickly. For what I paid, I genuinely expected much better quality. At this point, I feel very disappointed and honestly misled by the purchase.

We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Flip 7. It has a published playtime of up to 16 hours which is the maximum battery time you will get when listening at background levels. As you turn up the volume, the playtime will be reduced, much like a phone battery when you brighten the screen. The same goes for source material. Music with more bass will also reduce playtime. It is possible that the battery is working correctly, but depletes more quickly when the volume is very loud and/or the bass has been boosted. Please charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to playtime, the battery is working fine. The reason why I said 4 star is because its only works on Bluetooth.y last one flip 2 was bluetooth and analogue. My old mp3 player is not bluetooth. I have got a new mp3, but we haven't download anything yet.

Decent battery life, clarity is mid but makes up for it is base. Durability is reasonable, but not invincible. same size as a 18oz can, so it fits in my hiking bags just fine. survived the rain just fine too, haven't submerged it yet

Used it by the pool once and it broke, supposed to be fully waterproof and I didn’t even get it in the water all that much, maybe a splash or 2. Total crap do not buy.
