In order to have my earbuds fixed after one of them stopped working, I had to send JLAB a video of me submerging my earbuds and the case in a glass of water to show proof of disposal. Getting this request from a company that claims to take sustainability and recycling seriously, really felt like greenwashing.

After loosing my beats which were about $350 I was so upset. But came across these. And I what the heck is the difference? Wish I got alot sooner! The built in charger is amazing! And literally rarely have to charge! Stays, sound is amazing and cancels out outside noise.

This sound great and the battery lasts so long. I use them at least 1.5 hours a day every day and I only charge them maybe once a week. They also stay in really well. I can shake my head very hard and they still won't fall out

I'd give 0 stars if I could. They worked fine (not great, had issues with them not disconnecting when inserted into case, really weak bluetooth connection, etc) for slightly over a month. Then the left ear buds stopped charging! Can't return them because its been over a month. Rubbish, do not buy.

After 3.5 months, left bud wont sync. Plus it's constantly opening up phone assistant, even though I dont use the assistant. Jlab warranty is bad too, money towards a new purchase and you pay shipping.
