Did not like this brewer at all. coffee did not come out very hot and tasted awful. after all the trouble shooting with keurig I asked to return it and was given a hard time! even have to pay for the shipping out of my own pocket! the whole experiance has me angry and I think after all these years Im done with keurig!

This is my third keurig and it is awful. I wondering if there was a recall or something. The holes for coffee pod to strain through are always clogged then the top does not shut all the way and it will not brew coffee. DO NOT BUY THIS ONE!

I have been a Keurig customer for more than 15 years. I hated how my iced coffees would water down using my old Keurig. No problem now with this machine. I have also started drinking more ice teas using this machine.

At first, this machine was really nice and invested a lot in buying K pods and other things for the iced coffee machine but a month later it only sometimes brews cold coffee and the drip also doesn’t stream down. It splashes all over the cup when pouring. I will be contacting customer support.

Love this machine! My previous machine had the “over ice” option I thought that was so cool and great. But then the machine crapped out after a year and just stopped working. So I got this one and it is AMAZING. Better than I expected. I like that it has 2 tanks. One that keeps water chilled for cold brew and ice coffee and just a regular tank for hot. And It has a rinse cycle that cleans itself. I was hesitant at first about the machine before getting because previous machine with the over ice option was good but when brewing over ice it just melted the ice so it just tasted watered down. With this machine you do the cold brew option and it’s perfect! Would definitely recommend
