A: Fill the coffee cup you’d like to use, up to 12 ounces, with water and pour into the water reservoir. That is how you choice brew size on this model. Put your cup under the brewer and hit brew. Some have a button to push first for a slower/stronger brew.

Q: The reusable my k-cup cannot be used in this coffee maker because the coffee maker will not close without the k-cup holder . Is there a different one that fits in the k-cup holder?

A: Hello Tanya, the K-Mini Mate coffee maker is compatible with the Keurig My K-Cup Universal Reusable Filter featuring MultiStream Technology. For proper installation with this model, please remove the adaptor from the base of the filter and also remove the pod holder from your brewer. We hope this information is helpful!

I love that it is compact, just the right size for small spaces. The only problem is that you have to pour the exact amount of water in it for one cup. It does not hold extra water you have to keep pouring it in everytime you want a cup of coffee.

This is the perfect size, unfortunately that’s the only good thing I can say about it. First one worked 3 times and then started stalling out, at first I could restart it one time, then it took multiple times to clear out the reservoir and the coffee would not be hot. I thought maybe it was just a one off malfunction, so I returned it and bought the same model a second time. Got 5 cups out of this one before it started stalling out and it stalled out multiple times. Did all the recommended troubleshooting tips without success. So I’ll be returning this one as well and opting for something completely different this time. Last small Kuerig I had was the first one I owned and it lasted 10+ years.

My husband is deployed overseas and I shipped this to him. It arrived and the box was still in perfect condition. He has all of the adequate modifiers to plug in US plugs. He plugged the coffee maker in and it has never worked. We have no way to ship this item back for me to return it. Extremely disappointed.

I love the compact size. It fits in my work locker perfectly! It has a 12-oz reservoir which is perfect for my preferred cup of coffee. It dispensed piping hot coffee. There was no water left in my reservoir. Though I purchased mine on sale, after reading the reviews, I hope it's long-lasting. I used a regular coffee mug, but I'm looking for a slightly taller insulated one with a lid for work. It was nice to have a variety of colors to select from. My only downside at this time is: The coupons enclosed with the coffee maker expired in June.

Super cute but didn’t last. Got a few brews out of it and then it wouldn’t finish taking in the water to finish the brew. Received a new one directly from Keurig as a replacement and the same thing is happening just after one brew.

It's really cute but it doesn't get me where I need to go. I don't care for the temperature outcome of the coffee. Coffee was lukewarm. Also it leaves standing liquid in the pod holder area which I can't seem to understand why if the brewing is complete. Just not a great for real coffee drinkers.

The way the Keurig looked was cute and caught my eye. It definitely was a space saver. My coffee was fine, not cold at all like some reviewers stated. However, I’m giving it 2 stars because after just 4 days, my Keurig started acting up and would not brew anything, whether coffee or tea. For a brand new Keurig, I was disappointed with how long it lasted.
