I bought my K supreme single the first of the year and encountered a problem a couple of months later when the descaling light would not go off. After talking with customer service, they promptly replaced my unit. I’m so happy because I just love this coffee maker!

Our coffee maker arrived quickly, less than a week after shipping. It is a replacement for one that was under warranty. We are very happy with our new coffee maker. Coffee tastes great and this machine heats up quickly. My experience with the service department in obtaining this replacement was very good.

This newer model takes up less room on your counter with its slimmer design. It is also easier to take out the water reservoir and clean it. It is much nicer then my old clunker Keurig for sure. I ordered it in gray and it looks great in that color. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that when you put the coffee pod in and close it, there is a gap and it doesn't close all the way. It doesnt effect anything, just bugs me that it wont close down tight. Otherwise, I am very happy with my updated machine!

I think with the five needles, the coffee has a better taste than the single. The only negative for me is the plastic handle, the first one broke on one side, this is the replacement. So far, this one is holding up, we are very careful when opening and especially when closing. Other than that, we love the flavor it provides.

I bought the original unit for my son that was leaving out of town. My son came back home a year later and the unit stopped working. I contacted customer service and the representative (George) was so nice and understanding. He asked that I provide some information and then 5 days later I received a brand new unit. I cannot believe it! Fantastic customer support.

The K Supreme one cup is efficient and easy to use. I like I I like a strong cup of coffee in the morning and I don’t want to wait for it. This Kuerig coffeemaker has an option for Strong and it starts about 10 seconds after I have made my selection. Lectionary.

Our Keurig K-Supreme was only brewing 1/2 of what was selected, and took 4 or 5 minutes to get a single cup of coffee. It also spit and splattered everywhere. We had descaled for the third time, and discovered it was only about 6 months old. We contacted Keurig and within a week had a brand new K-Supreme that works perfectly. Customer service was quick, competent and complete non-hassle. Seriously a quality company.

Purchased K Supreme coffee maker about two months ago. Had a couple minor issues consisting of a water tank leak and a problem when I descaled the item the first time. Kuerig replaced the unit immediately at no cost. This unit is a great improvement over past design we like the instant on and the ease of removing the water tank for filling. I would recommend this unit the home.

I purchased this as a gift for a relative when their previous Keurig stopped working. This machine is much lighter and easier for them to move around the counter as well as to fill the water reservoir. The gray color was not ideal but black was not available. Overall, it is easy to use and makes a solid cup of coffee.
