I thought this was going to be my answer to a hot head. It's not. The cool fabric does feel good for a few minutes but doesn't stay cool. It's like any other polyester pillow. Also, after about a week it started going flat. When I bought it, I was worried it was going to be too thick. Not at all. I often have to turn it over/turn it around to get any support for my neck. I sleep in all 3 positions. The flatter pillow is probably better for stomach sleeping, but I spend most of the time on my side or back and there's just not enough support there.

Go ahead and get this pillow! You're getting great value for your money. It's the right combination of soft and squishy as well as firm and supportive. The cool touch really helps keep your pillow cool and comfortable all night.
