Love it!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. She bakes a lot of cookies for school activities, birthdays and holidays. She has always had to stir the dough by hand, as well as the frosting. Her decorated cookies are very detailed with her background in graphic design. Her children love to help her. When I gave her the mixer, my son-in-law was looking for other attachments from grinding meats, etc.

First impressions are eh?

Also, the color of the mixer is not like the pic. It is much darker, which is a disappointment. I can’t speak to use, yet.

I love the Milkshake color! It's a gorgeous mix of gray and off white. I've been using the vegetable strainer to process tomatoes to make pasta sauce. The mixer makes this process a breeze!

Something mechanical is wrong
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We seem to have a mechanical problem with our machine. It's making a clicking/grinding sound, and the head is wandering around (sometimes a lot more than others). The head wanders around an extreme amount when making bread or pasta dough. In the video attached video (excuse the mess, we just moved), we have some oat cake dough in the bowl, which is the consistency of chocolate chip cookie dough.

Refurb looks brand new
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refurbished. Arrived in authentic KitchenAid box. The mixer looks brand new. I have only used it once, and chose an old fashioned PoundCake recipe. No issue with operation. 4 star because the batter guard was missing, everything else you would expect was included. Looking forward to many years of service.

Send me a damaged one
I purchased a refurbished 1 before and it was nice and clean no damaged, but i was able to return it to get this color however this one came scratched up and shows i cant return when it says “not happy you can return for free no hassle “

Used it to blend hamburger, etc for stuffed peppers and she made bread in order to test the motor and everything worked flawlessly. She is a happy camper !
