Poor sevice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mixes in April. It sounds like there are rocks rolling around ,and speed control is not working proper. I called the warranty line. Tould them I have used this mixer a few times.But because the mixer is in our bakery (regardless of what it is used for) the warranty is void. I have numerous kitchen aid products . But when I asked the rep about standing by the kitchen aid product. He mentioned the integrity of the policy's and not about there product itself. I then asked if kitchen aid wanted me to become a Bosch product owner and the rep more or less said yes. Very disappointed.

Refurbished As Good As New
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my mixer. I have been using hand held mixers and have been wanting to get a stand mixer for quite some time. I enjoyed baking for my large family and using the mixer lets my hands free to add the ingredients instead of holding the mixer. I'm glad my husband was able to purchase this for mother's day gift. Every good baker should have one.

Great mixer! Great Tool!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am retired and I moving to the sticks to get out of the rat race. I love it here but there are no good restaurants in my area. If I want to enjoy good food I have to learn how to make things myself. I bought the mixer to help with making bead items but in short time I find myself using it for nearly every thing. Last night I made burritos from scratch and they were great. In short I love the mixer! This fall I will also be using it to process tomatoes from my garden.

Great Value
I was nervous to buy a refurbished model but I also couldn't bring myself to pay full price since I don't bake a lot. It took a little over a week to ship but I was very happy when I received it. Very good condition, like new. I've used it 5 or 6 times and it works perfectly.

Powerful motor!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a "me to me" Christmas present to replace an ancient Sunbeam mixer. I love the variety of speeds and the power of the motor. So far I have used the whisk and the paddle. I have yet to try the dough hook.
