Poor sevice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mixes in April. It sounds like there are rocks rolling around ,and speed control is not working proper. I called the warranty line. Tould them I have used this mixer a few times.But because the mixer is in our bakery (regardless of what it is used for) the warranty is void. I have numerous kitchen aid products . But when I asked the rep about standing by the kitchen aid product. He mentioned the integrity of the policy's and not about there product itself. I then asked if kitchen aid wanted me to become a Bosch product owner and the rep more or less said yes. Very disappointed.

I also purchased the spiralizer attachment and have made zucchini noodles 4 times. I make muffins every week for a healthy alternative to store bought. I will be purchasing the slicer shredder attachment next.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good product. I was disappointed though on receiving it that the spring over the beater had been eliminated on this model. That was a very bad idea. I feel like I shouldn't have to purchase a spring ( which I did) to make your product work the way it should. Especially since my previous mixer had a spring to hold the beaters firmly in place. You need to rethink this and put the spring back on them. Without the spring it causes unnecessary ware. I feel you did this to sell more replacement parts. You can do better than this !!

Horrible customer service.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh man. When I saw that wirecutter was recommending a refurbished KitchenAid, I jumped on it. Unfortunately, I just used mine for the first time and it erupted in smoke. I was going to make cinnamon rolls for Christmas morning, and that will definitely not be happening now. Really disappointed that KitchenAid is selling a product that they cannot stand behind. KitchenAid emailed me to call them to discuss this matter. Every time I call, hold times are over an hour and their chat does not work. Super disappointed in customer service.

A workhorse
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a Christmas gift for my sister in law. I’ve had mine for over 20 years, I gave my first one to my daughter and bought another larger size. Love love it. It is definitely a workhorse. I especially use it during tamale season to whip up the masa. I have a meat grinder attachment that I also use for my tamales. Would recommend it.

I have had the same model for over 20 years and it finally gave out as it was clicking when I used the dough hook. Now I can make my bread without any problems. Great buy and rapid shipping.
