Poor sevice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mixes in April. It sounds like there are rocks rolling around ,and speed control is not working proper. I called the warranty line. Tould them I have used this mixer a few times.But because the mixer is in our bakery (regardless of what it is used for) the warranty is void. I have numerous kitchen aid products . But when I asked the rep about standing by the kitchen aid product. He mentioned the integrity of the policy's and not about there product itself. I then asked if kitchen aid wanted me to become a Bosch product owner and the rep more or less said yes. Very disappointed.

It stores conveniently in a base cabinet with a pull out shelf. I was concerned about it being “Refurbished” but it appears “brand new” in every respect.

That’s not my name, not even close. Somehow my name is associated with another person’s account? Mixer itself is great. It’s a refurbished KitchenAid artisan model. I decided for an upgrade since my older KitchenAid was 30 years old. There was really nothing wrong with it, but I wanted a shiny new one. It works perfectly and I’m delighted with the savings I got from buying refurbished.

I purchased the mixer as a wedding gift. The couple love it I have been a kitchen aid user( many products) for decades. I have even demonstrated mixer in stores I plan on purchasing another mixer for another wedding gift. Why not spoil the couple with the best?
