Works great - better than the other brands I tried

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pro's - It does everything you need it to do. Con's - Heavy - Unfortunately I do not have a lot of counter space so I have to put the mixer in my cabinet above my refrigerator. The Pro Plus does not have an extra bowl. You will have to buy it seperately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this very much with one draw back. I wish that the head was movable. Similar to older models that have a latch that releases the head to lift to attach attachments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it ! It’s really powerful. It’s great for bigger batches. I’m still leaning how to add ingredients while mixing without spilling them. But I’m very happy with it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I’ve become interested in making sourdough bread I wanted a stand mixer to help with mixing and kneading the dough. I purchased my KitchenAid and so glad I did. It does a great job!
Poor quality

I bought this product one year ago and have used it sparingly. One of the beaters are already peeling and I have pieces in my food. I called and they said it is a wear item and will have to be replaced. While I agree with this, they shouldn’t be peeling within one year when there are very old kitchen aid mixers with zero issues. There customer service was poor to deal with, I had to wait 40 minutes just to talk to someone. Would not recommend if this is how they stand behind there products.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was a professional baker for 50 years. This mixer does what I want it to do when mixing bread doughs. I can make 3 700g loaves of bread at the same time. I do wish I had purchased the 8 qt professional one, or even have the option of trading up. Otherwise great machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had a KitchenAid stand mixer for over 10 years. I replaced our smaller tilt head mixer with this because we needed a larger bowl capacity. This machine is a fabulous addition to our kitchen arsenal!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My husband bought this bowl lift stand mixer to replace my aged GE stand mixer. So far it works well. I make a lot of cookies and it has no trouble with firm dough. It is a little difficult to remove the beater with the dough in the bowl. I do like the ease of the bowl lift. Overall I like it.
Perfect baking companion, feels like a cheat code!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have had this for a few months. Mostly I like it. I wish it had come with top piece that guides the ingredients into the bowl. Also I wish I had one with a larger bowl. Never using one before, I did not realize how exactly it worked.
QA/QC needs work

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I like the mixer, but quality is way below whay I expect for something this expensive. It arrived brand new with a crack in the paint on the bowl lift arms. Very disappointed in the quality control. Also would have preferred stainless dough hooks and paddle, have to be super careful not to chip the enamel. Could also give more details on how to use the dough hook (see some conflicting information). But it is a lot nicer than doing this by hand despite my dissatisfaction with the QA/QC
