Description

As someone with very sensitive skin and scalp myself, I think it's important to have an option for those of us who need an extra gentle formula and a more subtle fragrance. This sulfate-free shampoo gently and thoroughly cleanses, leaving your hair soft, shiny and perfectly clean.

Lather, rinse, repeat! You know the drill, right!?

How to:
1. Depending on the thickness of your hair, squeeze a dime to quarter-sized amount into your palm.
2. Apply to wet hair, massaging into the scalp to create a rich lather.
3. Rinse clean and repeat if necessary.
Tip: If my hair feels more oily than usual or if I've used a lot of styling products, I like to shampoo twice.

Contains Zip-Up Technology, our proprietary strengthening complex designed to "zip-up" split ends while targeting weak areas of the hair, smoothing the appearance of damaged cuticles and helping to protect hair from environmental stressors and color fade.

I have to say in 42 years of my life this is the worst shampoo and conditioner I've used. After using only 1 time my hair was lifeless, flat and so oddly soft it was almost unrecognizable.

I was concerned about the reviews when first buying this but from the first wash, I was finally able to comb through my hair without any tangles! Until now, I’ve been using expensive brands thinking that was the only way to go but my hair always felt dry and brittle and was also falling out. My doctor recommended I try something gentle and I was drawn to this shampoo and conditioner due to its simplicity in ingredients. My scalp is no longer red and looks so much healthier and softer after styling. Anytime I switch to a different shampoo due to traveling, I’ve noticed my hair going back to it’s tangled dry mess so I know this is game changer for my hair. I highly recommend. I have oily scalp/ processed hair. I never write reviews but this shampoo & conditioner has really saved my hair! I only wish it came in the bigger size.

I’ve been using this for about a month and I absolutely love it! My hair feels softer, No build up, does not itch (like cheaper brands did). The scent is nice and soft and does, it smells good to me. I’ve also paired it with the conditioner. Those are my thoughts and know it’s not for everyone. I recommend and will continue to buy.

I used the shampoo and conditioner and wow this ruined my hair and my 5 year old’s hair in just one wash. It made our hair super dry and tangled. I did multiple deep conditioning treatments on myself right after I got out of the shower and realized I couldn’t brush my hair and it’s still not back to how it was and that was just one wash!! Beware!!!

I wanted to love this shampoo. It smelled really nice, lathered well and the price was reasonable. After using it for about a month my hair became dry and started falling out. I have healthy hair and never experienced this before. I’ve moved on with another product and will start the process of rebuilding my hair. Don’t buy it please.

Tried this set for the first time looking for something easy. Clean my hair and don’t leave residue. I have natural hair with no color and it’s thin. This product left a nasty film on my hair every time I used it. It almost felt wax like. The smell is amazing so I kept trying it hoping it was just the amount but it never improved. After about a week using it, my hair started to become brittle and very dry. I have used dollar store shampoo that left my hair feeling cleaner and softer.

I bought this shampoo ignoring the reviews and just went ahead and gave it a try, after one wash my hair was greasy even after I double cleansed and my ends were left dry and frizzy. For the price point this product is not worth the money at all. This just goes to show more expensive products do not always mean better quality.

Hair loss, itchiness, and flakes

I’ve finally found the culprit for the damage my hair has been experiencing over the past few months. I first raised an eyebrow when my stylist pointed out dandruff, which I’ve never had before. I attributed this to buildup from dry shampoo, but after reading these reviews I now know that these products have caused the buildup and flakes. I’ve also lost a TON of hair. My hair is usually thick and full of body, but now I have to use tons of dry shampoo and styling tools to get it to look presentable. I use dry shampoo right after I get out of the shower because it looks so greasy. Please do your research before using these…I wish I had! Save yourself the damage and the money!

Ive tried other products from this brand & like it very much. I had bought the clarifying shampoo and loved it but wanted something more gentle. This is def good stuff since its sulfate free & all the other good stuff, so its safe to use on chemically treated hair. The smell isnt strong, like subtle coconut but not over bearing. It lathers really nice, i didnt need alot of product & i have sort of long hair (mid back) & does clean my hair really good.

I have NEVER had issues with shampoo/conditioner up until buying this. I have tried many different cheap shampoo/conditioners, and decided to splurge a little on this product after seeing some hairstylists on social media recommend this brand. Unfortunately I have similar experiences as other low reviews on this product. I have noticed that I am shedding a LOT more hair than normal in the shower. I have also noticed after 1-2 weeks of use that my hair has started to feel greasy and heavy. It almost feels like the product did not get washed out of my hair. At first I thought maybe this was my fault that I didn’t rinse it out well. But last night I made sure to do a thorough job rinsing out my hair, and woke up with my hair the greasiest it’s ever looked after a wash. I’ve never had a product do this to my hair. The only plus is that I love the scent of these products. I hope I will be able to return this.

At first I really liked this shampoo and original conditioner. It left my hair clean, smelling good and soft. However, I have noticed my hair is falling A LOT. Before I noticed the hair loss, I started using it on my 4 and 5 year old and they are experiencing hair loss …. Never buying this brand again.
