[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I sussed out how to take it off store demo mode it was brilliant. They set everything as vivid as possible that it the picture is just too much and false. The AI picture setting function is totally brilliant. Top telly, and the sound is good too

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking TV. Has a great picture, only downside is trying to get to grips with the magic remote (think Wii remote) as its very sensitive. Ho.e screen is also a bit cluttered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first LG TV so took a while to get used to set up and operating system for apps etc, but really pleased with the picture and sound using LG sound bar. Excellent price for the 2024 model direct from LG. Streaming best with fire stick probably because of my local WiFi broadband speeds.
Amazing tv.

My First OLED - Could Be Better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first OLED, previously coming from an LED 3D Smart TV. I have to say the picture settings are frustrating beyond words. First, to get any clarity or brightness, the OLED Pixel level needs to be set way up near maximum. This itself contradicts what the experts tell you, as it can decrease the life of the TV at high levels Out of the box, it seems most picture modes are near on 100% OLED Pixel levels and on some content this is just terrible. The next thing is that as soon as the input source is changed, the picture mode changes and all the settings are all over the place and you have to start all over again getting everything back to the levels that allow the picture to be seen properly. I have spent a week so far trying to do this, as we have a Roku Streaming Stick we use for streaming and apps. After we changed the Roku settings to reflect the 4K display of the new LG OLED, everything changed again on all the apps. So this took an age to set all these up yet again. Changing from Dolby Vision to HDR again causes all the settings to change each time. Film Maker mode is just awful - everything is washed out and grim - I think these directors / Cinematographers need to go to Specsavers. Our houses are not Cinemas and the pictures on these modes are just unwatchable! I have tried SD and HD films and each time have to keep tweaking the picture mode settings as every time a new programme is shown the settings seem to be brighter or dimmer. The Magic remote control is a pain to use with the cursor flicking all over the place, causing unintentional selections to be made. It's so annoying I have given up using the in Apps on the TV and have instead just used the Roku. I tried a couple of times, but as you have to log in to all these again, and yes, you guessed it - all the picture settings all get changed again for each depending on whether HD or SD content is shown. It's very annoying as you have to keep changing all the brightness and contrast levels each time. I have a Denon AVR connected to the LG and also a Panasonic Blu Ray. So even with eARC setup, it's almost impossible to get everything working properly. In other words we still need the remotes for Blu Ray, the LG, the Denon and the Roku! The TV and the Roku will turn on, but not the receiver, so 3-4 remotes to watch anything. Sometimes there's no sound to the AVR, so everything has to be powered off and restarted in order to get a chance of things talking to each other. One of the biggest let downs also is that no manuals are supplied with the LG - a big downer in my opinion, as this means you have to rely on 'tool tips' shown using the magic remote and this is NOT the easiest way to find your way about the TV, the settings and the meanings of everything. It means I have to have an iPad to google every setting to work out if I need to change it or not. The LG website is pretty much devoid of anything - what I have downloaded is just a multilingual health and safety booklet that tells you nothing - there is NO manual - this is a terrible oversite. Sure, if you want to save a tree or then don't include one, but come on, at least let us read an electronic version! At leased I managed to turn off all the live content rubbish that is forced on you by default. It's bad enough trying to navigate around without all the ads trying to get you to subscribe to this and that - no thanks - that's another negative. I could probably still spend another week tweaking things, but what is extremely annoying is that when I get one HD or Dolby Vision source set up and barely watchable on some content, another programme can look diabolical! So back on the magic roundabout tweaking and interrupting the viewing to get the picture right. Overall, a little over a week of ownership, I have to say I am disappointed. If I had the opportunity to see this TV in operation with different content playback, I probably would of passed on this model / possibly this brand. I can only go from what I have experienced to date and I am less than impressed and totally underwhelmed.

Brought to replace a smaller screen C2. Great TV at a great price. If you have a brighter room though, then I'd recommend going for the C4 or even better, the G4.

Display and sound is good but there is good amount of lag even for toggling through home and when opening apps. This is not acceptable for such costly TV. Should've given good processor. It seems less premium when we see the lag. We bought it for playing ps5 and now we have doubt will it perform well with the TV when we buy the ps5

Beautiful picture and simple to use. It's the first oled I've bought so can only compare it to lower spec tvs I've owned. Sound isn't bad either although we have upgraded to a soundbar to bring out the best. Only 2 weeks in so can't comment on longevity but so far very happy with the purchase.
