I didn't have any issues with setup it was easy and worked immediately. I kept the same number and brought my own phone with no probs. My yearly cellular price decreased by hundreds after switching. I haven't seen 5G yet the mint map said it should but whatever. There are times wherei have little to no cellular coverage when mint map says I should.

I'm so mad I switched from Verizon, I was told coverage in my area was great but there are so many dead zones. Not to mention I can't reaceive MMS from certain contacts and once I got a second sim card I still couldn't receive them AND I could no longer send out group chats. I've had the issues escalated multiple times and nothing has improved. So mad I paid for a year and am stuck with this horrible service.

Can't beat the savings
With my wife and my phone plans we are saving over $1100 a year vs our previous plan with at&t and that was with a discount with at&t through my company. I actually get much better service at my office now. The switching process was a little painful but not terrible.
