We came from T mobile to Mint and Mint is a lot slower. They tell you use their service all you want. But we have a hard time streaming SIRIUS RADIO or any other music on line. If service doesn’t get better then we will have to leave and go with boost mobile. The price is about the same for a year.

We have had poor service and prepaid for a whole year. So st7ck with it for 11 more months. I must say we don't have 5g phones but we have good Samsung a51 4g phones. The ran excellent on visible/Verizon. Very sad we changed. Sometimes a good prices isn't a good deal.

My sign up experience was a 4 hour ordeal. I was exhausted after we got signed up. Now my internet is spotty on and off it is irritating. I am thankful it works for my 3rd party authentication to sign on for work daily…my mother is 82 and doesn’t really get on Google or any other search engines so she doesn’t complain about her phone. I paid for a year up front but don’t think I would do it again unless the service gets better. I certainly hope when we travel that I don’t experience the bad connection service I have now or GPS goes off I will be lost without that!!!

I married an idiot who made me leave Mint Mobile for another company CLAIMING it was better. For a year, I had to pay every single month the same amount as I paid for one year with Mint. I dumped that fool and the phone company too. Here to stay Mint. Also, I love Ryan Reynolds.

My service is really spotty. Have had some dropped calls and the service constantly cuts in and out while trying to talk on the phone. The 5G doesn't work well and takes forever to access any apps or websites. Half the time I can't text pictures. Most of the time they fail to go through. Not very happy with the service at all.

Terrible cell phone coverage in our neighborhood, but my low-end Samsung A53 works fine with wifi calling. My wife's Pixel 9, on the other hand, won't work with wifi so that when there's no cell signal, which is much of the time (even though we live in a populated area), she has no connection at all.

I was excited since I had previously bheard great things. Since my actual activation less than. 30 days ago my calls have dropped, the other party is unable to hear, my WiFi services have been interrupted several times, froze and just stopped. At this point I am trying to figure out if I should switch back as I am not satisfied at all.
Coverage is flakey too often.
