Not Unlimited
To call the plan 'Unlimited' is a bit deceptive as Hotspot data is certainly NOT unlimitefd! No where did I see it spelled out that hotspot is restricted to 10GB! This is unsatisfactory for my use and I would appreciate a prorated refund, I was speaking with a representative about a refund when we were disconnected, I receive no call back. How do I request a refund?

Frustrated
I am still not able to add my child to my mint mobile family, and according to an email I received, I have been kicked out of my own Mint Family, and with all the difficulty with sign up/activation, I have not been able to make my kid's line a child's line.

I do like. I tried a few years back and the coverage was not good enough. Recently switched and I do like the coverage. I’m glad there is a good service with a fair price. I love paying for a full year at a time.

Good Carrier
Left V for a better value of price/data. It is 4G, but haven't experienced an issue yet. Haven't left the city either, so who knows what will happen on a road trip. The fox is working and will be considering moving more phones/lines to Mint.

Poor service, weak signal, apps and basic functionality very slow
I live in Chicago and the service is incredibly poor, I traveled to southwest Florida and basically couldn’t rely on my phone for GPS or web search. Network is very poor and incredibly slow. My phone remains on 5G and very rarely sees LTE. Should have stayed with TMobile.

Can't argue with the price
Coverage isn't great, with little to no internet at my rural home address, AT&T was the same though, thankfully wireless calling works well at home. Using data at events is also a no go, huge delay in usage when there are a lot of folks around. But again. . for the price im happy with waiting in line.

The range of network need to be more wide
I was went to some area in NJ where the area full of house uts like a house complex but mint signal is out of range and its really bad because i use google map to navigate me to where i want to go n when the connection is not there its efek my trip. I believe you guys can improve this. The rest is fine

Took the leap of faith and signed up with Mint mobile. Everything is going seamless I do travel internationally and will dive into international roaming charges. Once my trip comes close. I also fly a lot domestically, and since Mint piggybacks with T-Mobile, I called customer service, and the agent advised me that I was entitled to T-Mobile features Free Internet service International roaming …. . My last flight I found out that it doesn’t work. Make a call to customer service when I landed and they said sorry I was misinformed The End.

I live in the county away from the city and most places I get 4g service. When I drive down and back up hills I loose signal.
