Obviously it’ll take some time to get fully into one’s system but once it does it really improves the discomfort. Contains tamaflex, glucosamine sulfate and vitamin d3. I tried this and didn’t really notice much of a difference. My husband, who has many more issues than I do with joint issues, tried it and it worked well! I’m not sure what the difference is but I would purchase for him to use but not for myself.

I typically have a deficiency for vitamin D as well, so this is a great one stop shop! The packaging is sturdy. Aswell as knee motion range and lower body strength. Recommend to take three once daily with a meal. I like to take mine after breakfast, l do need to take with water as they’re not the smallest. The tablets are pretty big and bright yellow due to the ingredients. It did make my knees and legs feel better in about a week. I can definitely tell the differences. The down side is you have to take 3 tablets a day. It gave me an upset stomach for the first 3 days, after that it was fine. I suggest taking this with food.
