A: The Aeroccino 4 model is dishwasher safe. All previous models should be washed by hand. If washing Aeroccino 4 in the dishwasher, do not place directly onto a dishwasher pin to avoid scratching.

Q: does anyone else have a problem with milk overflowing? I put less than the maximum fill, used all different types of milk and it overflows every single time!

A: To avoid overflow, only fill to the minimum line if frothing the milk with the attached silver coil. If just heating the milk (no coil), the maximum line can be used.

I have liked this frother except the coating has worn off halfway up inside and now burns the milk in a spot at the bottom. I'm concerned about consuming the milk since the Teflon can be in the milk. Please advise.

The burn mark will not impede the functionality of the device, however, it's best to avoid build up by using a small plastic scraper, or wooden craft stick to lightly scrape away the burnt residue. The burn marks found inside your milk jug can usually be avoided by following these easy cleaning tips: - After using soap and cold water, be sure to wipe the inside of the jug with a damp, non-abrasive sponge, or paper towel to remove milk residue. Remaining milk residue can cause burn marks during subsequent uses. - If you plan to use the Aeroccino again immediately after making froth, it is highly recommended that you rinse the inside of the jug with cold, running water, until it is cool to the touch. - Keep both whisks clean to ensure proper rotation and circulation of heat. If you need additional assistance, please call 800.562.1465 and a machine expert will be happy to help.

The aeroccino stopped frothing after about 6 months. In my opinion it’s not worth the money.

It was great for a while and then it wasn’t. It stopped frothing like it did I the beginning. I wish I had returned it because for the price and the Nespresso name you would think it would be quality and last longer than it did. I have had it for a year but stopped using it about 4 months ago bc the froth wasn’t thick just a light bubble.

Maybe it's user error, but I'm not impressed with this frother. It barely makes any foam. I've tried using a small amount of whole milk (filling it to the foam max line or less) and it just warms the milk with a pitiful amount of "foam" on top. My friend has the Aeroccino 4 and I was expecting similar foam results. This is not the case.

No problem with this frother. Love that I can both warm foam and cold foam. To those that have issues with overflow, don't be dumb. Half and half will expand when steamed. Add less and you won't have that problem.
