The milk carafe froths perfectly and is adjustable depending on how much foam you want. Cleaning is straightforward, and the automatic rinse for the milk system is very convenient. What could be better: • The capsules are expensive if you drink several cups a day. • The milk carafe needs frequent cleaning if you use it daily. Overall, I think it’s a fantastic machine if you really enjoy specialty coffee drinks at home, but the cost (both of the machine and the pods) makes it more of a luxury than an everyday essential.

We bought this to replace our 10year old Nespresso machine, and it makes the most delicious coffee! It's sleek and well made, and setup was fairly simple. It comes with a set up guide which has QR codes to step by step videos which was very handy! Once set up it takes just one button to make your preferred coffee (espresso, drip, cappuccino/latte). The machine itself is very well made, and I'm positive it will last us 10years as the previous model did!

Never worked properly, doesn’t froth well with alternate milks, lights flash from one button to the other then shuts off and the power switch needs to be turned off and on for it to work again also after every coffee you need to clean the milk frother thoroughly or it won’t work

I had a Breville Nespresso that didn't really seem to heat up enough and the espresso seemed off... This machine heats the water up much more and the crema is much better too. Loving it !

Extremely poor quality machine. I had the Lattissima Pro for five years, and I loved it. But when it died, I found it was no longer manufactured. I purchased this machine, and it has never worked properly since day one. About half the time, the small milk container falls to the floor. Yes, imagine 5 ounces of milk all over your dry clean only rug. It tells me to clean the milk system after use, but it doesn't work. The water comes out sometimes when I have not even pushed the button. I don't know what to replace it with, since the pro is no longer available, and most of the other machines get lousy reviews as well.

Just keep in mind that it’s best for single servings rather than making back-to-back drinks for a group.

Disappointed with this. Milk frothing system has to be cleaned after making one cup of coffee, so constantly washing that unit. Also not able to set my coffee to milk ratio that I like (there is a maximum of the amount of espresso coffee I can set it at…I would rather more coffee/less milk)…. So this machine will suit you if you like more milk in your drink…but you will have to rinse out the frother unit after every single cup you make!

I purchased this machine 2 years ago. I have had nothing but trouble with the milk frother. The single and double esspresso option work fine, but when I put milk to make a drink, it works 50% of the time correctly. Today it appeared to try to heat up, then all the lights started flashing and it would make nothing. I have had the frother replaced once and it worked correctly for a little bit and now it is constantly malfunctioning again.

We have had this machine for over 8 years, and it’s been perfect. Easy to clean and look after. Easy to use. We love it

After reading the brief instructions, I am still in the dark on how to make coffee they way I want or like. For example, I wouldn't mind something like the picture above but I have no clue how to do that. I wish I hadn't bothered, as the expense is not worth the little extra of it frothing your milk. Wish I'd stuck to the basic one.

I have the lattissma. It has been back for repair twice under warranty Nespresso refused to replace it with a new one the second time. Very disappointed in this product and Nespresso. They did say I would get free coffee with repaired machine but that didn’t happen either I now wonder how long before it stops working again. I would avoid buying this product from my experience
