Nespresso Vertuo Pop+ Combination Espresso and Coffee Maker with Milk Frother

The coffee is fine and the POP is attractive but, far from being the smallest footprint, the water tank is NOT movable, so it takes up more space and is awkward. You should note that on the description as the videos of the swiveling tank are a sales point for the Next. The POP tank doesn't swivel.

The color is so pretty, works great, and you get free samples!

I don’t know where to start, but I’mma keep it simple. I was so happy that I taste a cup of coffee from this machine and it was so good so I had to get one. I had it for a couple of months I was sick I couldn’t use it And when I finally opened it up, it was used it didn’t work. I had to clean it then it finally worked. Every time I use it, I have to clean it before I brew the coffee because it won’t work One day it made a loud noise. I thought it was gonna explode. I don’t recommend this machine Nespresso you could do better.

I love my new espresso machine! So easy to use and make my own handcrafted iced drinks, it is a little pricey but mine came with a good amount of samples. Definitely worth investing and will save you alot in the long run if you get Starbucks or any coffee shop coffee daily, my drinks come out so creamy as well

This Nespresso virtual pop cappuccino machine is a game changer! I have made two lattes with it so far and used two of the different espresso pods that came with it. The frosting machine is very easy to use and froth coffee as if a barista had done it in a gourmet coffee house! The espresso pods are also easy to use, and the espresso machine is also easy to use. I love the quality of the espresso and the flavor and the cupping notes of it as well. I was sent three different styles of espresso and have tried two of them so far and both were absolutely positively delicious! The water reservoir is also easy to access Bill and clean as it is removable. I love the fact that the Nespresso brand puts the pod in the recycling reservoir without my having to touch it after I’ve already brewed the coffee. This is also a plus. The machine seems to be good quality, although I haven’t had it for long but the reviewers say that it is a good quality. The only negative about this system is that the pods are relatively expensive. They cost between $.80 and a dollar each on all of the sites. They are $.80 on sale but usually $1 to a little bit more than $1 each where I found them so far. I have looked only on Amazon and target. if you are a gourmet coffee connoisseur like I am you should definitely invest in this wonderful little machine. It also doesn’t take up very much space. I like the fact that you can remove the little tray underneath it so that a larger couple fit. Be careful as I put a large cup on it and a lot of the coffee spilled out because you have to put it on just so.

Machine stopped working after two days, I had to return it. Very disappointed.

My machine stopped working after 2 days. I was able to get the machine up and running, connected to WiFi and poured a few cups of coffee. The following day, my machine would not turn on, despite trying multiple outlets for power sources. Very disappointed. I spent a lot of money on a machine for it to malfunction so quickly.

Love the coffee machine it is one of my favorites. I have been using it for the past 7 months and the coffee taste is amazing. It is very quick and quiet doesn’t make a lot of noise. Perfect for office or home especially apartments. The milk frother is what I look forward to every morning to make a delicious coffee. Don’t hesitate if you’re thinking of buying. It’s a 1000/10

However, I’ve run into some issues with the machine, despite my limited use. Since it only has one button, it can be hard to diagnose problems when something goes wrong. For example, when a red light appears, I usually have to try several different solutions before I can figure out what’s wrong and fix it. This can be frustrating because it’s not always clear what the issue is. Even though there’s an app, it doesn’t give specific troubleshooting guidance, which I think would be very helpful, especially for a one-button machine like this. I have seen reviews mentioning that the machine is loud, and it definitely is, but for me, the quality of the coffee makes up for that. Overall, I’d still recommend it, especially if you’re looking for something small and stylish that consistenly delivers great coffee. But for anyone considering it, just know that if it stops working, you may have to go through a bit of trial and error to get it running again. I really hope Nespresso considers enhancing the app to provide clearer guidance on what each error light means in the future.

Just got my Pop model yesterday and was anxiously waiting as my old machine died and leaked all over. Disappointed the water tank did not swivel but liked the quality of the water tank. Extremely disappointed in the temperature of my cup of coffee this morning when I used it for the first time. I still had to heat it more in my microwave for 30 seconds. Other reviews mentioned it was loud. Boy they were not kidding. What is wrong with your engineering department that they can’t design a coffee maker that does not sound like you are at the Indy 500? For the investment consumers make in the cost of the capsules we are entitled and expect a quality coffee maker. Nespresso, you can do better and owe it to your consumers to do better.

Recently purchased this Vertuo machine for all of my espresso cravings and so far I am loving how easy it is to use, and clean. Each espresso or coffee is brewed with a foamy and delicious flavor. I’m skipping my trips to Starbucks and have been enjoying this way more, especially with the milk frother to make delicious lattes.

the water tank on the side is a deal break for me, it doubles foot print and prevents this machine from being the space saver it claims to be. I really want a vertuo machine, but may have to go with the orginal capsules

We took a chance on the Vertuo Pop Plus and are returning it. We wanted something smaller and wanted to try some of the larger pods. 1. It is super noisy. If you live in close quarters it is noisy enough to wake others up in the morning. 2. It's hard to close and just feels overall cheap. Our older model is much better quality, not as noisy, and easier to open close / use. 3. It's not as frothy as our older model. A personal preference, but a big minus for us. 4. The coffee didn't feel overheated temperature wise, but it smelled and tasted overheated. For reference, exact same pods used in the older machine the same day, so definitely a machine issue vs a pod issue. Just some things to consider if you're looking for a smaller machine; this one may not be it.

Love the size, but is it normal for it to sound like a jet engine is taking off? This is my first Nespresso purchase and the coffee and expresso are great it is just so loud!
