The machine leaks all the time! I have to do cleaning cycle all the time. Waste of money. Pods too expensive! Wish I never got it. And the coffee doesn't taste that great! Not happy!!

It looks like the newer machines are being made with cheaper materials and yet charging more than it is worth. The machine is small, plastic looking and is impractical to use unless you’re using an espresso cup or mug. A small tumbler or a glass cup does not fit under the lever making it incredibly difficult to prep our morning coffee to go. Will be returning this item. Miss the well made machines they made years ago.

The machine does not work properly. My crema is not smooth like other nespresso machines, and the machine does not heat up properly. I also was shocked to see coffee grounds in my cup. While the machine looks sleek, it feels VERY cheap. Like a plastic toy. I’d recommend a different product.

Folks, if you want great tasting coffee, you can buy a 2-$3000 machine to do so. Or, you can buy this roughly $100 machine. I used Keurig for years, and forgot what great coffee tasted like since moving from Europe. This machine really comes through. It's the closest you can get to a $2000 machine without spending that much money. Why? The coffee is just plainly better, and the use of Aluminum cups is a lot better than the plastic Keurig cups. Who wants more micro-plastics in their body? Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Coffee grounds on my cup and very expensive capsules. If you drink coffee on occasional basis this machine is for you but not for daily coffee use.

Connects to my phone with an app so I can customize how much water to use for each size pod. It remembers my settings after using one size if its not connected to your device. The pods brewed smell and taste AMAZING! the pods are a bit expensive but still less than going to starbucks or a coffee shop everyday. The original nespresso pods cost less and are easily obtainable. Not as many options for pods. Amazon sells a reusable pod that can help lower cost.

I have always wanted to get a nespresso and saw that it was on sale so I knew I had to grab it!! This nespresso is big enough to do what a coffee/espresso maker should but small enough to fit cutely on your counter top!! I got it in the lilac/lavender color and it is such a cute nespresso!! Now I can make my own barista coffee at home!!

Good coffee, but difficult to replace if something goes wrong

The coffee is good and the machine is easy to use. However, mine started leaking about 6 months in and I had to jump through hoops with Nespresso support to get it replaced with a working one. They made me be on a video call for over half an hour trying their troubleshooting steps (which I'd already performed per online guidance), then after it still wasn't working they had me update the machine which was suppose to fix what I then found out was a known issue with leaking (not sure why they didn't suggest I update the machine right off the bat). They said the update takes three days to work for some reason and then if it still doesn't work, to come back and get on with support once again. It of course still wasn't working so I had to hop back online and send more pictures to get a replacement. I'm pretty sure the process is designed to encourage you to never seek help with fixing your machine cause I definitely don't want to go through that again.

Messy, loud, and not worth the money

This machine leaks coffee all over the countertop and is incredibly loud. The water resevoir is also so tiny you have to refill it every other pod. The pods are expensive. The coupon inside the box was also expired, and customer service wouldn't provide me an updated promo code even with photo proof.

I love Nespresso and used to have an older version until she stopped working after 7 yrs so I thought I would buy this one; however it’s very loud, louder than my first ever Nespresso, it brews coffee grounds in my coffee, sometimes jus blinks red for no reason even with the water tank full, it’s just not the same :/
