Q: Some of the other spin mops scratch your floor because there is little mop head, but lots of plastic. How does this compare?

A: Just used it for the first time and it probably scratched the floor seven times. It needs more microfiber in the middle.

A: I purchased this mop system because this infomed me that there are two sperate resevoirs, one for clean water and one for dirty water. This is false, there is only one reservoir. I am dissapointed.

Q: Do you absolutely need to use a bucket of water with this or can I use vinegar/water solution or Method Squirt + Mop solution?

A: I have used a vinegar/water solution in the bucket as well as the Squirt Mop method. With the squirt & mop, I squirt solution on floor then use water in the bucket to spread and rinse the solution off floors. Yes both are equally effective. This mop makes rinsing easier because the mop get wrung better with less water on the floor.

Not the best or the worst
This mop and bucket is okay. I used it for the first time yesterday. First off I didn’t ring it out properly so there was a tad bit too much water on the floor. I ended up stepping more firmly and quicker on the ringer and heard a sound. So after that I decided to just be more gentle with the ringer because you could probably break it. When I was mopping I realized I couldn’t reach out too far with the mop or had to hold it more firmly to the ground because the cloth part would move off to the side sometimes and the plastic was scrapping the ground. I think it’s ok overall. Personally I think I would have preferred a yellow commercial mop bucket with a regular mop. But since this was cheaper I chose this. I think maybe for small rooms this would be ok, but if you like to swing the mop around quickly and fast or for a large room this mop might not be the best. I got tired of the mops that have an automatic ringer because the last one I had broke.

Not a sturdy mop.
It does not lock into place correctly. The head mop won’t keep its hold. When you put the mop in the bucket to spin the water drains out by the handle. Wouldn’t recommend if you need a good mop and mop frequently. I wouldn’t purchase again.

Great idea, terrible manufacture
This is a great mop but it is not sturdy at all, I feel trying the product of a start-up, really pricey, the mop head is not full of strands and the handle is flimsy and is not tall enough for me, I am doubting if returning it because I am sure it will break pronto. I like the idea of the mop that spins but the mechanism is plastic, not made to last... $40 bucks for a fad?

Once fully extended your handle should be 48 inches, and you should see 3 different sections (one red and two gray metal tubes). If you are not seeing all sections, it is likely “section 3” attached to the gray Thread Plug that is not extending. Please remove the red triangle base by unscrewing the connect from the handle. Then try twisting the grey thread plug at the very bottom of the handle while holding firmly onto section 2 with the opposite hand. We hope this helps! Very flimsy and stick keeps coming out
New version has less mop attachments. It comes with only one! Also the stick keep on coming out of the mop head, and the bucket itself is not as strong as the old one. Very disappointed!! I have always relied on target for years and I did not expect this

Do not buy, flimsy, cheap
I regret this purchase. This is the flimsiest mop I’ve ever owned. I had to purchase another handle because the original handle kept pulling out from the mop head. Now the detachable mop keeps coming out of the head. I hate this so much.
