Mop head is constantly coming off from the mop handle and it’s very frustrating while cleaning. Another thing is when I dip the mop into the bucket it falls off in the bucket and I always use hot water so it’s very annoying to have to put my hand into the mop bucket, especially with dirty water to fish it out and put it back on.

I have the correct mop head...
It does not fit. Constantly falling off. I had to switch back to the all white mop head in order to mop successfully. I see others mentioning the same. Why would you put this on the market without thoroughly testing the product??? Disappointing.

Check to see if this fits your mop before you buy
I bought this mop head refill thinking it would fit my easy ring mop and it did not fit it was to big. Now I have to go back to return this one and find a new one before I can mop! The refills or mops should be universal! And it doesn’t say on the package which mop it will fit! SMH!

We have two different Spin Mop & Bucket Systems and two different Mop Head Refills for their specific systems. Our original EasyWring Spin Mop & Bucket System will feature an all-white refill, whereas our new EasyWring RinseClean Spin Mop & Bucket System will feature a blue and white refill. These refills are not interchangeable between the two systems as the brackets are different sizes. When purchasing, please choose the refill that has a photo of the system that you've purchased on the packaging.
