Q: When you wring the mop in the bucket, where does the wrung out water go (back into the main part with the clean water or in a separate resesvoir)?

  • A: I purchased this mop system because this infomed me that there are two sperate resevoirs, one for clean water and one for dirty water. This is false, there is only one reservoir. I am dissapointed.

  • A: I have used a vinegar/water solution in the bucket as well as the Squirt Mop method. With the squirt & mop, I squirt solution on floor then use water in the bucket to spread and rinse the solution off floors. Yes both are equally effective. This mop makes rinsing easier because the mop get wrung better with less water on the floor.

    Bucket tips when lifted because handle isnt centered.

    Really wanted to love this. I love the spin feature. But the bucket handle is not centered!! I filled this up and went to move it after I mopped a huge section of floor and the water split out all over my floor! Caused a huge mess. You can hold the front of the bucket while you pick it up to avoid this but it bothered my back so bad doing that over and over again. I wanted to love this so bad but that really made this unusable for me with my back.

    brittle pedal not longlasting

    brittle foot pedal. bought 3 of these for my use over the years, and some as gifts. the foot pedal always breaks after about two or three months of use. then you can't use the bucket anymore for the mop and corresponding mop heads; you can't even fix it or substitute something to make it work coz it gets stuck. bought quickwring one, can't use these mopheads. this style is good for immediate use but not long lasting. I bought a lot of mopheads now they're going back hopefully

    not worth the price

    I was so exited to get this mop system and the pole doesn't lock ,feels so cheap and it feels very short for me ,honestly I'm returning this 😒so disappointed

    We’re sorry to hear that this happened. Here are a few steps that should help: Hold the red handle in your right hand and the gray handle in your left. Extend the handle halfway (not all the way), then turn the red handle away from you to lock it. Next, extend the bottom gray section (closest to the base with the tread) halfway, then turn it toward you to lock it.     Good while it lasted

    I've had this mop for six months now, and I loved it while it worked. The gears seem to be stripped out now, and when I push down on the foot pedal, it won't spin the mop anymore. I feel it's too expensive to last such a short time.

    Poor quality

    Poor customer service. Products that don’t last. Every mop handle I’ve had has broken, which leads you to buying them from third party sellers which is just as bad. Would never waste money on this again.

If you feel tension, fully extend it until it locks into place. -If you do not feel tension at the midway point, slowly slide the handle while gently twisting it, continuing to check for tension.     Worked maybe 1 time. I can not get the water to squeeze out of the mop. The spin part works until you actually put water in the bucket, then it cannot spin at all and my mop/floor is sopping wet. The handle also never held in place. It would fall back to the shortest level. I got this for my first apartment and it failed me I finally threw it out. Overall very frustrating to use don’t recommend!
