A: I just received an order, and the colors were changed. Also the shape altered a bit. I hope they weren't cheaped down.

Rapidly bends out of shape
It lasts a few weeks max and quickly gets out of shape. I tried this multiple times. It is a big disappointment.

Our products go through many quality checks to ensure they reach you in perfect condition, providing the ultimate teeth-cleaning experience, so this isn't what we'd expect. Toothbrush bristles becoming splayed out/flattened can be caused by brushing too hard. Too much pressure makes the bristles wear faster. Also, rinsing a toothbrush under hot water or soaking it in a solution will soften the brush bristles and cause them to wear out more quickly.
